No warm water? Not their problem.
It was an easy check-in. But we get in the room and the floor was dirty, there were socks from the prior guest in the bed, and there were small holes in the sheets. The next morning, we go to take a shower and there's no hot water in the shower. Sink was fine. The knob looked corroded and probably didn't turn far enough to allow warm water through. I called the front desk at 6am. Obviously woke the man up. Told him my predicament. He said, "I don't know anything about that." I said, "can we switch rooms? Get someone to fix it? Something." He said the rooms were all booked, maybe someone could come out in a couple hours. I said, "Ok, we'll be out all day. They can come in any time." We get in that night. Room was untouched. Checked the shower. Water got a little warm. Thought it was fixed. Get up the next morning and the water was cold. We used the sink water to help bathe. We check out. I complain again. He said he didn't know anything about it. I think he's who i talked with on the phone the morning prior. He said there's nothing he could do about it and nobody else complained about the water. He said to talk to *wrong hotel search site*.

This was the most spartan room I've ever stayed in. There is a bad, a small table with 2 chairs, fridge with a microwave sitting on top, tv on the wall and that's about it. Not even a drawer to unpack into. No shampoo in the shower, no soapdish to put the soap in. All that said, it's a cheap room that provided a decent bed to sleep on and a shower to wash in. Enough parking onsite for the rooms. We're not in a rush to go back, but it met our needs and we'd be ok with staying there again.

Love the flexibility of the reservations and friendliness of the staff. Im wheelchair bound and I love that it was wheelchair accessible and that it had an elevator which was very helpful! Would definitely stay here again

Cleanliness is not good. There are cockroaches and insects, the window has no curtains and no privacy and a lot of light enters. The staff lacks care in customer service.

Front desk staff and housekeepers are always very nice. Rooms have roaches. Rooms smell like dog and cat poop. No ice machine, no coffee, no laundry room, homeless people everywhere, too expensive...etc.

Look abs smell your room first!!
Well my complaint or my experience at this hotel has been one of my worse. I had special circumstances when it came to checking in and I almost lost that reservation because I had to wait for the attendant to come back for at least 20 minutes to wait. And then I get myself and my family up to the room just to find out that there is outlets, broken, and my son almost put one in his mouth, I wasn’t allowed to put my son on the floor because the floor was absolutely filthy, As well as the bathroom, there was hair in the drain in the shower, To where I didn’t feel safe enough thinking that my room hadn’t been cleaned at all and we ended up cleaning our own room after driving for 10 hours. I reserved my room for another night and the next attendant was very rude as well. The amount of money that was spent on this room was absolutely ridiculous and from now on, I’m inspecting rooms before I take the room anymore. Thanks to this.

the worse place I had ever stayed
It is a horrible place, with a very uncomfortable bed and flat pillow. When I asked for one extra pillow, the service desk said, "No." The bed has bed bugs, and I have a few spots on my body that have been bitten by bed bugs. The only thing good about this place is that they accept dogs. We couldn't find a hotel or motel that accepts dogs. Did I mention it is in a bad neighborhood?

Overall the room was good however there was about 2 small roaches in the bathroom & holes in the wall. Upon arriving I had to check in a hour later because they said the room wasn’t available. & the receptionist seemed to have an attitude or bad day. & the area seems a bit dirty. Would give 6/10.
