Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pacific Inn & Suites. Great quiet location, with easy walkable access to the beach. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout the stay. They made sure you had everything that you needed. Good food in the neighborhood. Would highly recommend if you are planning on staying in San Pedro!

The hand soap smelled great. I dislike ability to reach the front desk. I called a number online and was transferred to a travel agent. They gave me the “direct line” to front desk but no one picked up. There was someone drinking and smoking outside their room, and cursing loudly yet nobody was around to stop him. This happened two nights in a row. I couldn’t sleep well will all the noise. My heater didn’t work but when I attempted to call I got no answer. The layout is awkward and walking to front desk isn’t easy if you are in the back of the property. The room looked updated so it looked nice, but the towels needed bleach. They looked dingy and stained. The couch had a stain, and the bed sheets didn’t look bleached either. I’ll definitely pay extra to stay somewhere else next time.

We had two king rooms. They were done in modern fashion. Bed fairly comfortable, place quiet at night. Manager very pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately one of our two rooms was found to have bedbugs!

This property was beautiful! The inside of the room was very spacious and clean and looked like it had recently been redone. The staff was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Okay for a night
While this place has been renovated and feels base level clean, it felt more like a budget motel than “boutique”. The bed felt like sleeping on cardboard and the box spring was super noisy. The door had a visible gap, letting cold air in and the wall heater struggled to warm the place up. as a solo female traveler, I felt safe staying here alone and the front desk staff was especially warm & welcoming. For a little more $$, I would opt to stay somewhere with more comfortable bedding and temperature control. But will do the job if you need a decent place to stay, just set your expectations accordingly.
