A private, comfotable space located near all local major attractions like Venice Beach boardwalk, Santa Monica and Malibu. There are lots of rstaurants, shopping, parks, kayak/ SUP rentals and numerous activities on the Marina.

This classic boat features an open kitchen and living room area, has a fully equipped kitchen area with a stove, oven, sink, refrigerator, freezer, storage as well as a dinner table, office table and a good sized comfortable bed.
Has an upper deck with a loveseat and open view looking over the marina.

Bathrooms and shower facilities are a 1 min walk from boat.

The perfect place to unwind
This boat was really a special find. Its a trawler so more room than a sailboat. The owner, Taylor has been refinishing it, so there are some spots under construction but minor enough not to ruin your stay. The marina is very safe and sea lions keep you company. One of the true highlights is his upper deck patio area. It has comfy chairs, a grill and high enough up to get a great view of the harbor. This is his home as well so plenty of added personal touches.v. spots sinder
