We really enjoyed our stay here. The check in process was fast and easy. The king bedroom was beautiful, spacious and clean when we arrived. There were good options to dine in downstairs as well as a comfortable bar area. Our check out process was also very easy and fast. We had a great stay here

Overall, i had a good experience. Staff and cleanliness was great, bed, great as well, but he airconditioning was pretty awful. It made for a pretty hot and unconfortable sleep. It wasnt blowing cold air for longer than a few minutes. Also, I guess there an event going on, but i had no idea and didnt hear a thing. Happy with experience overall.

The first room we had was on the back side of the elevator bank and we heard the elevator go by every two seconds like an electric train. We had to move rooms away from the elevator after getting no sleep. Other than that the hotel is great.

A great place for a conference
My best find was the microwave in the room. Yeah! I never found the ice machine but they f8lled my glass in the restaurant. A suggestion would be to have the ice machine marked on the floir map.

It sucked. I booked a room with a king size bed but when I checked in I was given a room with two queens. When I notified front desk they said they didn’t have any rooms with king size beds available and HOTELS.com shouldn’t have confirmed the reservation knowing this information. This was supposed to be a romantic night for our wedding anniversary but turned into sleeping in separate beds because a lack of customer service. Also, the breakfast in the restaurant is gross and valet takes breaks without letting any staff know while leaving guests wondering how to get their car.

They. Charge extra for parking which I was left with the impression by expedia was included when I made the reservation. But then the property had so many other events it made finding a nearby parking place impossible.Had to use valet parking with another extra charge. EXPEDIA be more upfront!
