We took the free shuttle service from the airport to hotel. That went very smoothly. A young man, Jordan checked us in. He was very polite and professional. We didn’t wait in any lines at all to check in. This hotel is very clean! Good quality bedding. I would stay here again.

Place is really quiet and area is safe to walk around. Really close to the airport. The only concern is paying $30 for parking. Parking is so expensive. And it’s mostly empty anyways. Receptionist!? Not too friendly. Didn’t even greeted anyone checking in. Looks like she doesn’t like her job. Room is clean and tidy. Smart TV is a plus.

The check in process was smooth. The hotel room itself was clean and comfortable. However, they need to fix the elevator. Twice the elevator door would not fully open. We would have to press the button again and then it would open all the way.

The property was unable to take discover cards when I checked in. Because of this, I couldn’t pay my security deposit. I was told it was a system issue, and to come back around 4 AM. Due to these circumstances, I was forced to sleep in my car, and unable to use the room I paid for, for the majority of the first day of my trip. On Top of this, I received a letter from the property Sunday night, that hot water would be turned off at 11 am on monday for maintenance. That normally would’ve been fine, however they turned it off even earlier, without warning so at 9 am I was forced to take a cold shower

The staff was amazing. I lost the business card but the Managers name began with a D I think Deandra (sorry] the front desk gentleman I believe was Stefan. You both were amazing very helpful. You calmed me after my traumatic experience and made my visit to LA much better. This hotel is so clean and I felt very safe.

Good hotel!
Hotel is good in my opinion. Just the week I was there, they were replacing hot water heater so hot water was hit or miss depending on time of day.
