Inexpensive clean friendly nice Airport hotel that was perfect for an OC resident flying out of LAX. Shuttle went around a few hotels and picked up other guests and was not a nice shuttle but it was fine.

Hotel was nice, no housekeeping I was there for two nights, had to ask for fresh towels and had to pick them up myself. The guy at reception was super nice, the other staff not so much. Place is quite convenient and acceptably clean.

First, the hotel was easy to get to and the room, including bed and bathroom area and TV were all very good. It was a real gut punch to find about the $30 parking fee upon check-in. This was NOT disclosed on the Expedia website when I booked the room, otherwise I would've chosen a different hotel. It said parking on site, which it was so I'm wondering why there's an excessive and non-disclosed fee. I will never book at this hotel again, and I might not ever use my Expedia account in the future in planning the several trips we take each year. Very, very disappointed.

Overall the stay was great . However upon checking in the front desk associate appeared to be annoyed and was not very welcoming and a bit of an attitude. When checking out as instructed I called to check out and was immediately hung up on leaving me unsure if my check out was complete. I had to go to the desk to check out to find out it in fact wasn’t complete . The hotel was fine the staff that’s definitely an area of opportunity

This was an overall good stay! Really close to LAX, bed was super comfy and I enjoyed that I had a patio. The staff was helpful and efficient. My only complaints are that the hotel carpets were in pretty bad shape and that the pool doesn’t stay open a bit later. Despite those things, I’d stay here again.

Hace dos semanas nos hospedamos en un Sonesta en San José, California y quedamos gratamente satisfechos con todos los servicios, empleados, instalaciones, por lo que sin dudarlo y a pesar de la cantidad de opciones y mejores precios, decidimos optar por esta opción. Desafortunadamente tuve un accidente y tengo que utilizar férulas ortopédicas en ambos pies. Al llegar al hotel y querer hacer check in, la chica en recepción muy déspota me dijo que no, que no había NINGUNA habitación disponible hasta las 4 pm Es en serio? El estacionamiento lucía vacío, yo entiendo las reglas, pero no se detuvo un momento a ser empática y siquiera imaginar el fuerte dolor que yo tenía en ese momento. Le contesté, está bien, me sentaré dos horas a esperar en ese sillón y para colmo, se molestó. Mi esposo salió a conseguir un medicamento, después de una hora me acerqué nuevamente y ni había dicho nada y me dijo, le dije que a las 4, falta una hora. Solicité hablar con el encargado y oh sorpresa! Otra mujer igual de intransigente. Insistió en lo mismo, que no había NINGUNA habitación disponible, cuando me iba a sentar, se percató de mi discapacidad y me dijo hay una, pero menor rango que la que reservó solo que pagará lo mismo y al aceptar, de mala manera me entregó la tarjeta para entrar. El día de la salida, solicito late check out, fui a recepción con la esperanza de tener una experiencia distinta y, si bien es cierto que ya no estaban las mismas empleadas, la señora dijo tajantemente que no
