The stay at this property was average. Pictures of the property/layout (as many other properties online) aren’t as accurate as in person. I feel like the photos make the property seem a lot bigger and open. Nonetheless, property had basic necessities I needed for my stay. Property host was very responsive so that was greatly appreciated.

Property was great! Older from the outside but great on the inside. Parking is a plus for the location. Convenient to my job site. Decent neighborhood. Would definitely book again. Easy check in and check out. Awesome host.

Great location and room!
This studio is the perfect size and a great location! We only had two minor issues. We're from LA originally and know how stressful parking is. We specifically looked for a location with on-site parking. We did not want to have to street park. This studio listing says it has on-site parking, however, it does not. Like most of LA, it has street parking only. The listing needs to be updated to give specific and accurate parking information. Also, this was my first time using Vrbo and I was unaware we'd be charged a large refundable deposit upon arrival. It drained my checking account and my debit card started to decline while we were in LA I have no backup credit card, so we had to literally borrow money to get food and gas for the remainder of our trip. It was very stressful. I would have saved up and made sure I had an extra money in my account before our trip had I known beforehand. This was my error though, as this information was somewhere in one of the emails I got when booking, I just didn't see it. It would be helpful if this was added in bold to the listing itself. Most Americans are on a very tight budget and live paycheck to paycheck.
