I booked an accessible room. And when I got there there elevator was broken and had been broken for sometime. I could barely climb the three staircases to my room. No other hotels had rooms in the area. Furniture broken in the room,broken lights, TV not working,powdered coffee creamer in the nonexistent breakfast. This hotel is rundown and unsafe. There were lumps in the carpet that you could trip over. This hotel needs to be safety inspected and sanitized. outlets in the bedroom were broken and some gave off electrical sparks. This hotel is a fire hazard and the fire department needs to go there check it out. The one thing that was good was the Parking. I will never stay here, even if it was free. Broken down and dilapidated building.

Unhappy and disgusted
This facility was unkept, unclean and unfriendly. It did not offer an elevator (out of service), one of us was handicapped with no offer to accomodate the 30+ stairs that sound as if they were going to collapse. They did not publicize that it had a nightclub under the rooms. It propped open firedoors and in the daylight it looked as if something exploded on the walls of our room. There was a sign above the front desk that said 24 desk. No one answered when I called @ 10pm to get additional pillows no one was there. There were not enough washclothes and no tissues. There were homeless people on the side of the building and I issued concern and was told "they are harmless". The front windows were tagged with graffiti, the "breakfast" was pastries from costco. I was very disappointed with this facility. I would not give it even 2 stars. What's more, I can't believe Wyndham has it's name associated with it.

The only thing I liked was, how close it was to the Universal studios, I didn't like that the elevator was broken the entire time I was there. The website advertised breakfast , which basically consists of bread and dainishes. Coffee and juice. Not much of a variety. The housekeeping didn't restock are room everyday with extra cups and things like that

“My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival, I was shocked by the number of homeless individuals gathered outside the property. The parking lot is small, lacks a functioning gate, and feels completely insecure, leaving vehicles at risk of being vandalized, stolen, or blocked in. The elevator was out of service, and with no rooms on the first floor, I had to carry my luggage up three flights of stairs to the second floor. The ‘complimentary breakfast’ was a joke—consisting only of toast, pastries, and cheap coffee with artificial sweeteners. The room itself was terrible, reeking of a mix of urine and Fabuloso cleaner. The AC unit was so loud I was worried it might blow up. The water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent, and to top it off, the so-called cable TV had no channels—just a blank screen asking for a channel search. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or secure stay.”

We didn’t even stay at the hotel. The elevators didn’t work. It was a terrible area. We cancelled our reservation, and went to another hotel… which to be honest, wasn’t too much better, but at least the elevators worked.

Not only was this place absolutely dirty but the place lied about having breakfast. The breakfast they serve is just toast and orange juice that’s all. The staff here are rude and lazy. The rooms are filthy and covered in stains and dust. Do NOT STAY HERE

Room was pretty nice and okay for the price, would come again for sure. However, this time around, the elevator was not working which I'm sure it's a temporary thing but just in case they don't take care of it, it's written here. The breakfast was a bit disappointing since it's not as good as other Super 8 locations I've been in (only pastries, toast, juice, and coffee). Parking was a bit tight, but available at least.

The rooms are not what is on the pictures. The room and bathroom are very small. No microwave in the room but there is a refrigerator. Also if you are a breakfast person there is no breakfast. You will get coffee and toast not even cereal. The biggest issue I had was that the elevator was not working and I was asked if that was ok. Was I supposed to tell them no and not stay at 630pm and go somewhere else???? It would of been a service courtesy if a discount was given for the inconvenience.
