I probably should of done some research of the area before booking. This hotel is located in the jewelry district, which is somewhat rundown. You have sirens from police and emergency vehicles through the night. Bathroom fan was just as load as the sirens. The shower head kept loosing up when showering. The shower is a 3’x3’ box. Did I mentioned there is no hotel parking?? I expected better from this chain of Hotel. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The hotel itself is good the room was spacious and clean. The area around the Hotel is awful. The room doesn’t hold back sound very well on the 4th floor we could hear everything going on down on the street. Kept my family up most of the night. We got this room because of the kitchen but didn't want to walk outside because of the area its in. The front desk clerk charged me double the deposit and couldn’t explain why. Stated they would have the manager call me he didn’t. We only stayed one of the 2 nights we planned and moved to a different hotel. Would bot stay here again.

The hotel is all good like cleaning and management and the rooms are big with a kitchen and dining area. But don't like the area around the property.

Absolutely awesome experience! The hotel is so unique, and it was such a cool experience. It is downtown so the night time can be a bit sketchy, but I never really felt nervous. And during the day it was great to explore!

I wouldn’t stay here.. I booked this room weeks in advance. I booked for Tuesday- Thursday. My flight got in very late so I arrived early wed morning around 1 AM.. as I proceeded to pay the front desk stated my card wouldn’t work due to It being night time and their system was down. It could not process payment. She attempted to swipe my card multiple times and kept indicating her system is down and she doesn’t know when it will be back up. Possibly 5 am. At this point it’s ridiculous because this is a hotel. I shouldn’t be homeless due to their card system not working since it’s late. She even indicated this has happened before. So I did not have a hotel and the area around me was NOT safe I had to stay inside to call around to other hotels. The front desk wasn’t rude butbit still is ridiculous to leave a young woman out of a place to stay in LA where I knew no one. It wasn’t any seating for me to sit there until 5 AM. I had to book another hotel. Be aware of this

My bed had a big yellow spot on it & the way i was treated was poorly. Instead of checking they made it a big deal. Doing 2 inspections as if i was the one who dirtied the sheets , pillow cases were dusy. I asked for all the bedsro be change & the ladies that were changing the bed sheets also made nasty faces. Asked upon request for e tra chair MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT GAVE ME A HARD TIME, NOT WANTING FRONT DESK EMPLYEE FROM THE EVENING SHIFT TO GIVE ME CHAIRS THAT HAD AN APROVAL. IT WAS SO EMBARRASSING 😳. MORNING SHIFT LADY EMPLOYEE IS VERY RUDE & UN PERSONAL. RECOMMENDED YOU CHE K IN ON THE EVENING OR ASK FOR ANYTHING FROM EVENING SHIFT OR MANAGEMENT
