Welcome to Malibu 5 Unit III. This masterfully curated complex, aptly named The Malibu 5, is home to a collection of rare and private beachfront units. Re-launched in April 2023 as a joint venture with Fieldtrip Hospitality, you'll find yourself consumed in style, views and unmatched hospitality.

“The sky is more blue in Malibu”. Welcome to sensational views and elevated accommodations in this private 1-bedroom beachfront unit. Located on the upper level of the complex, you'll be captivated by the sprawling ocean sunsets from your oversized private balcony with outdoor seating.

Take in the sweet aroma of the waves as they waft through the sliding glass door and into your spacious and unique open concept living space. Featuring high speed internet and a SmartTV, you can stream your favorite shows and movies from the comfort of your plush sofa. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area for 4 with ocean views. The chef of the group will find everything they need in the well appointed kitchen, featuring upgraded appliances and finishes. Down the hall from the kitchen, you'll find the custom full bath with a walk-in rainfall shower. Enjoy our offering of toiletries or bring along your favorites.

Across the hall, fall into your immaculate master suite, featuring a seating area with Smart TV. Fall into your plush sheets draped on your queen bed, while drifting to sleep along with the waves. The unique design of the master bedroom showcases a telescoping glass wall separating the bedroom from the living space. This feature includes remote control shades to allow privacy when needed.

Be sure to take some time to explore the community deck, featuring fire pits, BBQ, outdoor lounge, outdoor dining, and ENDLESS views. This deck is accessible to all 5 units in the complex. The community deck is accessible 24/7, but quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm – 7am.

Exactly what you expect
It’s rare to find a property that totally lives up to every picture on the listing, and every word in the description. This one does both. Sitting on that balcony and looking over the sea, you could be in Greece, Costa Rica, or any other exotic oceanside paradise. The unit is small but well appointed. Communication and support from management is great. When your biggest complaint is that the unit has no wine glasses, you know it’s a good experience (Field Trip, get some wine glasses!). We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again..

The pictures don’t do this beauty justice! It is the most clean, relaxing, peaceful place. It is a slice of heaven. We slept listening to the ocean. We woke up to the most beautiful painted skies. Our Mother’s Day in Malibu!
