As a frequent traveler (35-50 trips a year), I have never experienced such an unpleasant stay. I stayed at this hotel for 12 days during the wildfires, and while I was patient and understanding, my experience was very disappointing.
There was no water for 3-4 days, and the plumbing issue took far too long to resolve, with staff giving conflicting answers. My fridge didn’t work for most of my stay, and even after it was replaced three days before I left, the circuit breaker kept shutting down. Trash and room service were missed twice, and I had to ask the front desk to have someone pick up trash from my room.
A staff member mentioned possible compensation, but despite followups and promises to escalate it, no one got back to me. to say the least this stay was very frustrating. I cannot recommend this hotel.
