It was easily accessible which i liked. The grass is dead and so dry in the yard that it is incredibly unpleasant. The yard guy came so early in the morning it woke one year old when we got in late and were trying to sleep. We had issues with the air-conditioning

Ignores major issues of place
I have tried to reach out about the AC leaking in the home numerous times and the fact that there was no covering over the bathroom window that other people can look into. Also sharing a yard that is right outside your door and people letting their dogs not be cleaned up after. The wall being so thin that if they talk or smoke it will bother your living situation at every moment. This is by the worst experience I have ever stayed at.

AMAZING HOUSE
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful accommodation in Los Angeles for 10 days, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything was simply perfect. Location: The location is unbeatable. It’s situated in a lively neighborhood with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. Despite being in the heart of the city, the area is peaceful, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. Cleanliness and Comfort: The property was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep, and the living area was cozy and well-appointed with modern furniture and decor. The kitchen was fully equipped, which allowed me to prepare my own meals whenever I wanted, and the little touches, like having coffee and tea available, were much appreciated. Amenities: All the amenities provided were top-notch. High-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming options, and a washing machine and dryer made the stay extremely convenient. The air conditioning was perfect, especially given the warm Los Angeles weather, and I appreciated the small extras like fresh towels, toiletries, and a welcome basket. Host Interaction: The host was exceptional—attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring. They provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out and were always available to answer any questions I had. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable.
