Simple and comfortable 2-bedroom 1-bathroom (with bathtub) located walking distance to UCLA and Westwood Village.

Features private patio, window air conditioner in the master, queen bed, 2 twin beds (or 1 king bed if you put them together) in the guest bedroom, one Smart TV, wireless internet, range, toaster oven, microwave, electric kettle, ceramic coffee dripper, crock pot and electric grill.

Building with 24-hour security guard, fitness center, pool/hot tub, sauna, large laundry room.

Tennis courts, jogging trail, basketball hoops, playground, BBQ grills and picnic tables across the street at Westwood Park.

No parties. No smoking. Lots of peace and quiet here. No pets, sorry.

Parking and Getting Around:
Walk everywhere. Use public transit to Rodeo Drive, beaches, museums, Downtown LA. Or drive, our condo comes with one parking spot in underground garage.

Guest access
You will have the entire apartment unit to yourself. The unit is equipped with WiFi and Coin-operated washer and dryer is available in the building.

Note that we can't guarantee the availability and operation of community amenities during your stay.

Parking: One dedicated private parking in underground garage.

Other things to note
Our unit is located on ground level, facing the internal courtyard. It is quiet and private, but the plants and bushes of the yard do cover some of the sun light from coming to our apartment and it's considered darker for some.

The floors are hardwood, not carpet.

*All rentals with 31+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).

**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm … for after these hours we may be available for emergency only and only then via Vrbo message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.
