Our cozy unit sleeps four comfortably, with a spacious bedroom and comfortable sofa bed. You'll feel right at home with our upgraded kitchen and beach amenities. Walking distance to restaurants in town and beach front. Walk to morning coffee, happy hour and a small tienda! The perfect place to create memories, relax, recharge, and enjoy Los Barriles!
Carpe Diem Condo is located in the south building at Playitas condos, just steps from a white sandy beach, bars, restaurants, and shopping.
Amenities: Gated parking, a shared swimming pool with the other 5 units, and a balcony with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez.

There is always building happening in baja, we cannot guarantee the status of building around this property.
