Perfect Condo
We loved the condo! It was clean, updated & was in a great location. It's on top of a hill looking down into town so it was really cool sitting out on the patio in the evenings. There were 2 infinity pools, the smaller one was right next to us & both had hot tubs. I would definitely recommend staying here & would stay here again.

Very happy we stayed at this place. Elihu was very helpful, he went above and beyond, even booking us a transportation to and from the airport. Not a lot of people so we get to have the pool to ourselves at times. Will definitely recommend!

A true gem.
Our family stayed over spring break and had an incredible experience. We almost didn’t want to write a raving reviewing because we didn’t want this place to get popular. The view is incredible overlooking the city, picture don’t do it justice. The complex and the pools were never busy so you pretty much had them to yourselves. Everything was provided in the condo, you just need to get whatever food and drinks you want. I know one person wrote a bad review because they had to walk to the guard stand/gate to get their Uber. We did Uber twice and had no issue with them getting past the guard to our unit to pick us up (and no problem dropping us back off to the unit). Note, we are a fairly active family so walking to town or the marina wasn’t a problem for us and took us only about 15 minutes. The private beach is incredible, as are all the homes around it. We never at any point felt unsafe there. Don’t hesitate to book this condo. We definitely will be coming back.

We enjoyed our stay. However, it was difficult with the guard house to have them let our Uber ride in to come get us. We had to walk down one time as they kept hanging up on us. The view of Cabo was spectacular!! The unit itself was comfortable.

Words cannot express enough how nice the condo was. Everything we expected and more. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed many nights out there! I believe that made the condo experience! The hot tubs and pools were also wonderful. Our contact guide was terrific. He was there for us with every concern. In the amenities section there was to be a land line in the condo (which would have helped immensely) but there was not. We could not get any service from our cell phones. Our contact called for our taxies, food deliveries and basically everything we needed. We would have been lost without him! The beds were so very comfortable!!! Just wished there were more blankets. We could have used more washcloths and towels. I'm not fond of having to do laundry on my vacation. We were given one wash cloth and two towels a piece for our 10 day stay. Other than that PARADISE!!!!

Noise & No Sun
The Condo is ok. Furniture is all completely wore out including Master bed. Noise starts at 9 am Jack hammering and ends at 5. It gets better the noise then starts agin around 11 from the clubs below and ends anywhere from 4am-6am. My wife and I are seasoned travellers and never write reviews or bother with it. It is time all this stops. People are being taken advantage of, and simply being Misinformed ruining holidays and countless dollars. It is time home owners start taking responsibility for mismanaged run down rentals!

Excellent place for our vacation
This property was everything we needed for our vacation in Cabo. We came here to scuba dive and appreciated that this place was set apart from the hustle and bustle of Cabo night life. The pool and bbq area just outside our door were absolutely fantastic. Really close to all restaurants and grocery markets. $5 ubers to pretty much anywhere. This is absolutely where I would tell anyone to stay for their trip to Cabo.

Birthday trip for parents.
The property was exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay here again. If you are not a hill climber make sure you have a car or the Uber app. We loved the sunrise every morning and the great views of the harbor. Also enjoyed the fireworks nearly every evening.

Condo was very nice, awesome view!! We will definitely stay here again! Pedregal is a beautiful area however lots of construction happening in the area. Took our shuttle driver 25 mins to get thru security.

PROS: This condo was good size with 2 bedrooms, and 2 baths. Ample size kitchen, dining space plus living room. TVs were good however no instructions were written. Beds were comfortable (dense foam mattress) Nice size terrace looking out over Cabo with great view. Nice w/d in laundry room. Schlage keypad at front door was very easy to use. Stevan, the contact for condo, was quick to answer when we had a question. The guards at guard shack were very nice as well. Garage parking was good and elevator was extremely close. Very handy cart nearby to help bring in luggage, groceries, etc. Garbage area in parking structure. Nice pool area and hot tub ( problems heating). Used Bbq which was nice. CONS: Unfortunately, the noise of constant construction trucks from 8 am to 5:30 pm running back and forth under our terrace really impacted our enjoyment of this property. Also night clubs below us continued past 3:30 am and music echoed up to the unit. Master bedroom (with view) was totally affected; back bedroom (no view) was much quieter. If you drive yourself to the condo, arrive before dark as some streets do not have signs. The description for this unit should have disclosed construction was ongoing.

We have stayed in this condominium in two different units. Both experiences were delightful. We love everything about it and we will be back. Easy downhill walk to town but taxi back.
