This place is worth it, perfect for family, staff is amazing, the hotel is ā€˜entertainingā€™ there is something to do all the time, itā€™s a beautiful place and I will be coming back.

Service was great! Food was delicious. Toro had best service & food. But other restaurants were also delicious. Pools were relaxing & warm temperature water. Just ran out of pool towels by mid morning. Family enjoyed resort & said it was best vacation!

Great place to stay in Cabos, but should consider having a bus shuttle to a nearby beach. The facility itself is great!

We stayed at the Hard Rock Los Cabos for my birthday celebration in September 2024. This was our second time staying at this property. We absolutely loved it the first time we visited, and this second time was no different. The staff is very courteous and welcoming, with the exception of the gentleman that tried to get us to meet with him for breakfast to discuss their ā€œtimeshareā€ deals. He was super nice when we arrived, even offering drinks, but when we politely declined his invitation, his mood changed. Even avoiding us when he would see us in the lobby. I honestly didnā€™t take offense, but think itā€™s kinda funny and poor customer service. The pools are amazing! My kids loved the water slides and the pool next to it. My husband paid for a birthday package which included a photography session with Daniel. He was truly so great! He took his time with me and my family and took beautiful pictures of our family. The AC was not working well when we first arrived, but it was fixed immediately and we did not have any issues on the rest of our trip. We probably wouldnā€™t stay here again. The property is nice and the staff is great, but you canā€™t enjoy the beach. Itā€™s not safe to swim in. So, if you are looking for a property where you can enjoy the beach, this is not it. If you really donā€™t care for the beach, then I would definitely recommend staying here.

I will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again. The food at 4 of the restaurants was terrible, I ended up with food poisoning for two days and when I asked to see a doctor they had me speak with their PR person who told me that they would charge me $200 to see someone. She then tried to tell me that my symptoms were probably related to dehydration. I told her that dehydration doesnā€™t cause all night vomiting and diarrhea. Then on the last day the same woman interrogated my young nieces about a small period stain left on one of the bed sheets and wouldnā€™t let us leave the hotel until they confirmed that it was in fact menstrual blood. This whole situation felt targeted and completely unprofessional. You couldnā€™t pay me to put up with this type of behavior

We loved Brenda for pool concierge and the travel concierge who helped book our camel adventure and airport transportation. The staff was mostly great. We were warned on check in about the travel scam/time share. Later phone calls to our room bc we didnā€™t attend. Then stopped ain the lobby. When asked why I didnā€™t do it. I stated kids. Kids will not sit for 2 hours. Plus, explained the safe in our room did not work. Which was never repaired. The air conditioning was ok. Would have been nice to have more fan. The food is ok. But not great. Lacks flavor and has tons of salt to make up for it. What was not ok is that they tracked us down wherever we went for dinner to harass us. One guy quasam wouldnā€™t leave me alone until o took his phone number to tell him my experience. Then the next 2 nights approached again. This place is a destination for weddings and thatā€™s it. The swings outside over the water are the best. Along with the side pool. Not crowded.
