No washcloths provided and only bottled soap. So you use a ton of soap and wash with your hands. Wasteful and a pain. Washcloths cant be that much more to provide.

1.the shuttle service was a bit slow, we waited like 30-35 minutes, not 5 minutes like the hotel told us. 2.the first room we stayed had issues with hot water; so we were switched to another room on the other floor. 3. very close to the airport and the car rental company Cactus 4. Employees at the restaurant were very friendly.

Very happy with the restaurant and shuttle service to the airport 👍 Room was clean with comfortable bed, just had a musty smell but not too bad. Food at restaurant was excellent and very convenient. Hotel was quite chilly and had to ask for an extra blanket. Waited but blanket didn't arrive so returned to front desk to ask again and the gentleman got us one. Definitely will stay here again when using the San Jose Los cabos airport 👍

I liked this hotel for what is was a place to lay your head before our flight - they had free breakfast and free shuttle - the one thing I thought was strange was we had 3 people saying in 1 room - and they charged us a fee for the 3rd person.

Clean and affordable
We got stuck overnight at SJD. This was walkable and affordable. Clean hotel with a decent room and a restaurant with decent food also. Free breakfast buffet. Great option if you’re at the airport.
