From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. Nicole was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and offered fantastic recommendations for dining and activities. She took the time to understand our preferences and tailored suggestions that perfectly matched our interests. What truly set Nicole apart was her genuine care for our experience. She checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly and even assisted with moving me to a new room and take care of my complaint. Wife and I had a great time here at the Krystal Grand. Fantastic staff everywhere. Super location. Its a little dated and areas are open to the weather which cuts down on the use of AC. We would of preferred more AC. Staff worked extremely hard during the tropical storm we had on the Friday, a huge shout out to the hard working team members. Met some great folk from the USA, Mexico and BC Canada: Cecille, Victor, Tammy, John, Marie-Anne, Jorge, Nick and Amanda. Julian and Pedro at the swim up bar do an awesome job. Expedia staff on the resort made us feel welcome and special, thanks. Tecate light beer on tap isn't the best - just saying. Ala carte restaurant's use first come first served which worked well, no waiting. House red wine is pretty much gross!! Poor evening entertainment basically because there is no stage however they try with the DJ, karaoke and BBQ's. Disappointed there was no visit from Michael Jackson !! Overall we had a really good time but doubt we'd go back. BTW the Captain that runs the breakfast dining room is fantastic, all business, professional, runs a tight ship and smiles occasionally.....SIR YES SIR.

I loved the property conditions in general. I did not like the fact that I had to slam the door from my room to get it to close and the thermostat was working but the display was broken. Could not read the temperature set. That was the only small inconvenience but it was working just fine.

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. First of all, as soon as I entered the room, I noticed the air conditioner was leaking, leaving the floor soaking wet. The whole room smelled moldy, like being in a humid rainforest! I called the front desk several times, and they just kept saying someone would come to fix it, but no one showed up for ages. Even worse, the room was absolutely filthy. There was dust and trash in the corners and under the bed. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches crawling around, leaving my family and me completely horrified and upset! The hotel clearly doesn't care about the guests' experience and hasn't even done basic cleaning. This stay was more disappointing than I could have imagined. This environment is simply not suitable for anyone to stay in! I sincerely do not recommend this hotel to anyone; it’s one of the worst I've ever stayed in.

I recently stayed at the Krystal Grand Los Cabos, and it was an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, and Nicole at the front desk made check-in via Expedia a breeze. She was incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. The hotel is beautiful, offering stunning ocean views, well-kept facilities, and a variety of dining options. My room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic view. The staff, especially those at the snack bar, worked tirelessly to serve guests, and I want to give them a high five for their hard work! While I enjoyed my stay, the O buffet could improve by offering more European dishes and a wider variety of seafood ( Coffee Machine need calibration). Also, turning on the air conditioning in the giant room on Thursdays and Saturdays would make dining more comfortable. It would be great if the hotel provided DJ music or parties for children to make their stay even more enjoyable. If you're interested in timeshares, Ramon and Mac offer informative VIP tours, but be sure to do your research before committing. Overall, I highly recommend Krystal Grand Los Cabos for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The exceptional service, especially from Nicole, made my stay memorable. I can’t wait to return!
