The property was kept very clean! But what really disturbed me was the fact that the TV in our room could get a clear signal, it was a basic amenity that should have been available. I did report it to the front desk several days!! Other than that. Everything else was awesome! And our server at the pool, Javier was outstanding in his service each day!! Evelyn in the fine dining restaurant was extraordinary! She made our experience so nice we ate there twice!! The food everywhere was delicious! We definitely would recommend your property to our friends and family.

This is my 3rd trip to a Riu resort and it was the best! The staff works non stop to keep the place clean, entertainment was great, service was excellent. Views were awesome. Great vacation spot!

This property is immaculately clean, and so beautiful. We upgraded to the Elite Club, and in my opinion, it was totally worth the cost. I loved the view of the ocean, the stunning property pools and landscape, and the cabana with an upgraded bar, and a quiet upgraded lounge and restaurant. The rooms smelled so good, very new. The staff, especially for the Elite Club was so friendly, and the service in all the restaurants was really fast. Most staff spoke good english, and responded quickly to room requests. I usually don't like buffets, but the food was high quality with tons of variety, some cooked right to order. I would stay here again, but do the Elite Club every time, if possible. The party scene was over at the sister property, the Riu Santa Fe, a short 4 minute walk through the gated property, where there was the classic Cabo rave party vibe. It was pretty tame at the Riu Baja, especially at night, so that was nice when we wanted to walk the grounds or sleep. Me and my fiance had an amazing week-long trip here and will be back!

Property was beautiful. The staff were wonderful. Resort was very clean. Food was good at all the restaurants. The drinks weren't as good, watered down, not real juice. Great resort overall. It gets cold at night, bring warm clothes for the evening. I didn't know it would be so cold at night there.

Riu Baja is a lovely resort. Its a great mix of relaxation and turn up. The pools and parties are a great time. The staff are friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The food was great and there was plenty of variety. My only complaint would be that the restaurants were first come first serve instead of allowing for reservations. Every time we attempted to make it to the steakhouse, the waiting list was already full and closed so we never got to try it during our 5 day stay, which was super frustrating. Other than that, if highly recommend the Riu Baja California. I would gladly stay there again.

This resort was great! From the minute we entered the lobby until the minute we left, they made us feel welcome. Welcome mimosas was a great start! Very friendly staff from the front desk, servers, waiters, cold, bartenders, etc. Will definitely be back!
