The food was terrible honestly, we had to keep ordering room service since most of the restaurants were always close. The employees looked like they where annoyed to be at work, they weren’t polite and most rude. What I would say was 10/10 was the pizza station, the pizza was great, the italiano and his helper were the nicest people working in this hotel. I would never stay at this hotel again.

We recently stayed at a hotel Royal Solaris in Cabo, and I can't recommend it enough! The service was exceptional, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The highlight for our family was the amazing water slides, which our kids—ages 4 and 2—absolutely loved. Traveling with toddlers can be daunting, but the 2-hour flight felt like a breeze, thanks in part to the hotel’s family-friendly amenities. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, ensuring our little ones had a fantastic time. Overall, it was a stress-free and memorable getaway. We can’t wait to return!

Got fed undercooked pork when brought to the managers attention inside the lobby and advising with the potential health risk with parasites, etc. they advise me to contact Expedia and tell them the problem, not through the hotel main managers. They basically left us hanging and didn’t give us a solution or possibilities of how to resolve this if I got more sick. Took the first flight out the next morning been throwing up since. Waiting on my stool samples to check for parisites.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the Solaris in Los Cabos. We stayed for 8 days and 7 nights. The overall quality of our vacation was excellent. Booking was easy, the staff was welcoming, and the day to day entertainment was always enjoyable. We especially wanted to thank Isaac, Laura, Isidro, Alejo, Dennys, and Irving for their excellent service. They were always extremely helpful and we loved being able to see them around the resort for the week to say hi and chat with them about the coming activities. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend it to anyone interested in an all inclusive vacation in Cabo.

Was not made aware the resort had construction going on. It was noisy. Contruction workers going back and forth. Not all the restaurants were open. One evening all but one restaurant was open. The Buffet was moved to another location which didn’t have much of a selection and the food was not good. Food was not the best at this resort. Omelette for breakfast was the best along with the fresh fruit. The staff across the board was exceptional. Evening shows were good too. I will not stay at this resort again.
