I would take out few stars just becouse i was msg with somobody from the staff before our areival to prepare card and i also purchase a wine to suprise my husband for his birthday . When we walked into the room there was nothing i need to go outside and ask somobody whats happen they didnt seems to know whats going on after 1 hour somody bring wine and card but suprise was ruinded. Also 1 day we went for a cruise we left at 8 am come back around 5 pm and room wasnt cleaned . Otherwise staff is very friendly and positive 5 stars for them :) , food is soo soo we have to go outside to eat for a lunch . I would recommend steak house and restaurant by the beach, don diego and italian restaurans food are terrible waiters were in a hurry and serve us cold food . Also good over there is not wort it just go to strak rrstaurand by the pool . Pool enertainment i would give 5 stars also shows are very good caffe place also very friendly . Also waiter for the nrrakfast arthur very friendly and positive i would guve him 5 stars as well ;)

Loved this resort it was clean the staff were always super friendly. Super safe and walking distance from the activities we planned . We went to town to do a little shopping. Again super close to the resort. Drinks and food could have been better but overall. Would definitely come back…. My family felt very safe here

Everything was excellent, except I could say the quality of room service food could be improved, and also the various hot tubs around the property were either not functioning or were set way too low to the point of being the same temperature as the pool water.

when we checked in I asked if there were any upgrade/rooms? I was told 'you already prepurchase a room' ok?? then our rooms refrigerator did not work, did not keep anything cool, the drinks inside were hotter than outside, The judge of water was also warm. So basically no cold drinks in the room to enjoy. The 3 restaurants to eat at would close at weird times and open at different times and days. like one would be open and the other would be closed. the staff is good very nice, pool was good, our first night there we saw a fight at the bar and I would of thought security would come and break it up....nope no security...kind of odd. drinks were good, I picked this place due to the proximity of the marina.
