Family get-a-way in Cabo!
We stayed in a 2 bedroom penthouse. Very nice! The king bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. Definitely a high end mattress. only drawback to the room was the sofa sleeper mattress. It was very flimsy so we went to Costco and bought a pillow topper for it. The pool (s) were perfect and the service was outstanding! Antonio was the absolute best! The restaurant food was very good as was the nightly entertainment. This was a great value!

What we enjoyed: Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well equipped for longer stays. Sweeping views of the ocean and sunsets - though one of the towers is completely blocked by another! The property is ocean-front and isolated from the main road traffic and noise. Staff is friendly and mostly helpful. What we didn't enjoy so much: - A US$40/night charge because we booked with Expedia! It just feels like false advertising and has no rationale behind it. Off-putting enough to not book again. - For all the equipment and amenities in the room, there is no drinking water. You need to drive out and buy a jug of water and carry it to your room to be able to drink, make coffee/tea. - The poolside activities can get loud and result in blaring megaphones on your balcony. - The beach is not easy to access and rocky. Luckily, there are lovely beaches a short drive way. - For the price - including the extra charge for booking with Expedia, the value of this property is much less attractive.

We loved our stay at Sirena del Mar. The grounds and views were beautiful. The food and drinks were delicious. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Everyone at the resort was very friendly and helpful. Oh and the massages were heavenly.

This property is very well maintained and very clean. Staff are very efficient and friendly, especially Miguel in the Cafe Estrella and Antonio at the pool. They bent over backwards to meet requests and took excellent care of us. Check in and checkout was easy and the bell staff were prompt. Maintenance was ongoing to ensure the amenities worked. There were no language barriers for us. The food and beverages were delicious and reasonably priced. There were ample pool chairs while we were there, although it may be trickier during high season. The views were amazing wherever we looked and we could see whales from our room.

Definitely worth the price. The view is phenomenal. I really enjoyed the hotel restaurant Estrella for breakfast and lunch. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. There’s beach access but you have a couple of flights of stairs to go down.

Property was nice, but the extra resort fees and the constant text messages about a smoking policy that I have no reason to get. Or they see me in the pool, bring back the towel on a text message. How about I send you a text message, saying “ let me have a vacation”. Really don’t need to feel like I’m being spying on.

I loved everything about my stay! From the moment we drove up and checked in!! The staff was very friendly and kind. My room had the most amazing view. I absolutely loved it. Edgar, the bellboy was very friendly, kind and helpful. I will definitely be back and will be recommending this hotel to friends and family!

Due to tropical storm Ileana, we were forced to find a hotel for 1 night after leaving the airport. After not being able to book the resort we stayed at during the week, I found this hotel. I needed a place that was safe, clean, and had a fridge and crib for my baby and breast milk. The reviews were good so decided to give it a try. Pros: We were welcomed by a very kind set of workers at the front desk. All the staff we encounter were nice. We were upgraded to an ocean front room due to vip status and the view was beautiful. Room was spacious and had a great kitchen set up. Cons: not a big deal if you’re driving into it, but it’s quite a trek to the main road. The pictures online are super deceiving. while it has everything it shows, the pictures appear to have a filter. The room needs some updating, it’s a lot more dim & muted than the pictures. The toilet made a super loud, obnoxious noise everytime we flushed. The hot water in the sink of the kitchen was non-existent. The crib is really a smaller pack and play. I was a little nervous because the housekeeper couldn’t get it to stay open. She had to call a male worker to come help, so wasn’t sure how it would hold up or if it’s be safe. The oceanfront room is right in front of a walk path that’s part of the hotel, and it was annoying having loud, drunk guests walking up and down. But that wasn’t the hotels fault. Overall it was a good value for hotel & large space. The food from the restaurant was ok. I’d stay here again

The site was nestled on the cliffs, allowing for serene privacy and exclusivity to the private beach. Our ocean view room was a true view of the ocean and we were able to hear the waves crashing in the early mornings. Although the food selection was basic, I feel as though that is the norm with many hotels. Getting the true authentic food warrants trips into the local town. Being close to the market was also a nice feature. Lastly , the hotel has no restrictions on Uber making it extremely easy to get rides to and from our destinations.

The property and staff were nice. Welcoming and accommodating. Property only had one restaurant that was not good. I ended up going to market and buying food to cook. Room was equipped with kitchen and washer and dryer. The views are excellent! Lots of planned activities throughout the day. Housekeeping kept room clean. Concierge was very helpful Sylvia was excellent. She answered all my questions helped book excursions and arranged transportation. On the last day of my stay the water went out. Front desk said maintenance was working on it. Plumbing is not good at the hotel. Toilet barely flushes. The water outage was very inconvenient. They charge a lot of extra fees when you check out. This should be explained in detail on website. Overall stay was good. Beach was rough and you had to pack chairs and umbrellas down a lot of steps. Location was close to stores and convenient
