The single-storey holiday home has been renovated and, together with the 400 square meter garden, now offers a wonderful place for a family break. When the weather is nice you can relax with coffee and cake on the terrace and on cooler evenings you can let the fire in the wood stove warm you and make yourself comfortable with a glass of wine or a board game.The municipality of Losheim am See is located in the Saar-Hunsrück Nature Park in the north of the Saarland. More than 20 restaurants in the community offer cuisine from simple rural to sophisticated French cuisine. Regularly recurring culinary events such as the Potato Days, the Brandy Days or the Game Weeks provide variety for the taste buds of the guests. Losheim is best known for its reservoir, which is considered by many to be one of the most beautifully situated lakes in south-west Germany and offers a wide range of bathing fun and water sports. Activities nearby: Well-developed cycle paths and premium hiking trails such as the Saar-Hunsrück Climb are in the immediate vicinity, so you can start as soon as you feel like it and explore the impressive area on your own. If you then need to cool off, you can swim in the Losheim am See reservoir, 7 kilometers away.
