JJB Getaways welcomes you to The Little Lodge- featuring over 1,300 square feet of brand new living space that's perfect for your getaway!

The inside of this getaway is sparkling and new. From the kitchen with full coffee bar and giant custom oak table to the massive living room pool table and 70 inch smart tv- you'll want to hang out here!

Step outside to see a fire pit and chairs, covered patio with a six person hot tub, outdoor tv, ping pong, corn hole & more!


There are two separate JJB Getaways rentals on the 10 acre property. Both rentals maintain their own parking, outdoor living areas and clearly defined yard. They share only a portion of the driveway. If you're interested in adding more space to your getaway by including a second space please reach out!

The second vacation rental sleeps up to 20 guests and has a private pond. Rentals operate independently of each other and can be rented together or separately.
We do not live on site but we are nearby and are always available if needed.
The Little Lodge is located on over an acre of gorgeous countryside.

While the property is rural it is within minutes of Loudonville, a quaint town with many options such as boutique shopping, restaurants, canoeing, an aerial park, go carts, mini golf, and more!

Mohican State Park, Malabar Farm, Snow Trails, and Amish country are within a beautiful and short drive from the Lodge making for unlimited fun day trips!

It's a quiet and peaceful place to recharge but within a few minutes of lots of activities!
This is a rural area. The Lodge is a gated property. Guests will have an access code for the gate as well as the house keypad. The drive and all parking areas are cement.
The Little Lodge offers 1,300 square feet of living space. Extra high wood ceilings and special touches abound!

The brand new kitchen features custom cabinetry, granite counters, and everything you will need to whip up a memorable meal, including oils and spices! You'll find bakeware, serving pieces, silverware, dishes, cookware, mixer, blender, toaster, and more! The breakfast counter features seating for two and a coffee/tea bar fully stocked for your enjoyment. The giant custom oak table offers seating for six, making it the perfect spot to gather! A brand new "laundry center" is also available in the kitchen. (Detergent provided.)

The giant living room has a warm and cozy feel begging you to sit down and relax. Watch the game on the 65" 4K smart TV. Make use of the bar or shoot some pool. Oversized, luxurious leather furniture offers the perfect hangout for your entire crew!

The living room opens up to the outdoor living space which is just as special as the inside! A covered porch features comfortable upholstered outdoor seating that can be enjoyed in any weather. Gather around the stone fire pit and take a seat in one of the Adirondack chairs to enjoy the stars. Or fire up the gas grill (propane provided) for an easy, no fuss meal for you and your gang! A newly added six person hot tub, outdoor tv, and outdoor ping pong table have just been added!

Bedroom #1 features two queen beds, 40" 4K smart tv, room darkening blinds, and a brand new en suite bathroom with tiled shower.

Bedroom #2 features a king size bed, 40" 4K smart tv and a dedicated bathroom just steps away.

The Little Lodge offers a taste of quiet country living with inside and outside living space that will make everything your family does there feel a bit more special!


This is a rural property. We are within easy driving distance from Mohican State Park, Malabar Farm, Snow Trails Ski Lodge, Amish country, and more.

Perfect relaxing getaway
My friends and I wanted to spend a weekend without kids/husbands/dogs and we wanted to relax, recharge, and reconnect. This place was just perfect to do that! We enjoyed the cute decor and vibe of the home, and Jodi was wonderful to communicate with. Even the little things like noise makers in the bedroom, snacks on the counter, etc. made this feel like home for the weekend. The home is nestled in the woods/plains area of Loudonville, but it’s not too far from the main roads either. We would absolutely come back and/or book with JJB again. Thanks for giving us the getaway we needed!!

The house is nice and clean. The furniture is clean and comfortable. Everything there, from the games, the hottub, Everything you might need in the kitchen. Perfect location, great communication with host, and everything we needed was there. What I loved the most is that the host didn’t have cheap used decor or furniture. It felt like a home that they took great pride in and in return made us feel like we really received great treatment and a great deal for our money.

Little Lodge has a Lotta Wonderful
This property has been very well thought out! All of the interior finishes are high quality and provide all of the comforts you could need for a short or even extended stay. The spaces are very roomy - the max of 6 guests allows for plenty of space and room to move, great seating in the living and kitchen areas. Primary bedroom with king sized bed is ample - guest room has lots of space - which works well since this accommodates 4 people. Bathrooms are well thought out and, as in the entire space are beautifully outfitted with quality finishes. The outdoor space with ping pong, hot tub, cornhole, and great fire pit provide plenty of entertaining for all ages. My husband and I (mid to late 60's), adult son and two young grandkids had a great time in the space. The location is easy drive to Loudonville downtown area, IGA for grocery needs, Pleasant Hill Lake (we rented a pontoon for Father's Day afternoon) and all of Mohican hiking areas. We will return!

Perfect location!
Close to the parks for hiking, biking, tubing/canoing, fishing for exploaration. The lodge, itself has better amenities than a hotel. Even if it is rainy, there is plenty of space to unwind with the family under the covered patio. A multitude of different games to choose from so everyone in the family can find something they like. There is also a beautiful pond with a fountain water feature, and a paddle boat in the back section of the property that is included when renting the main lodge. This is just a great value in every way!

The property was fantastic and everything was as good as it looked in the listing. Great outdoor space that is covered which was nice on our rainy weekend stay. I also enjoyed the extra little touches from the owners like the coffee and snacks.

Great Get Away Spot
This property was ideal in terms of amenities! The property is beautiful and the interior is clean, modern and convenient. There were plenty of things to do while getting away from work, we played table tennis, a few rounds of pool, had a fire, and soaked in the hot tub. Plenty of large screen TVs around if you want to watch something as well! We will definitely revisit the Little Lodge!

Little Lodge
April 12th -April 14th 2024 My friends and I had an absolutely amazing time. The Host were friendly and quick to respond with any questions. The property was the perfect getaway. It is warm and inviting with all the as amenities you might need. It's also very secluded but close enough to anything you could need or want to do. I highly recommend staying here and we are looking forward to coming back.

The perfect place to spend our honeymoon
We have been together for 11 1/2 years and have only had the opportunity to have a night away 4 times before this. We blended families and spent our time raising our family. Finally, we decided to get married and take a weekend for ourselves. I can’t tell you how perfect the little lodge was for us. Spending time playing pool and relaxing in the hot tub was just what we needed to spend such a perfect moment in our lives. The lodge had so many bonuses like being able to watch the buckeyes on the tv while in the hot tub, and finding out we are not good at ping pong lol. Thank you for this little moment of paradise for us. Even if it was only for a weekend.

Very nice maintained piece of property. Jason and jodi were prompt with responding back to us. Very clean and cozy. 40th Anniversary Getaway
After searching online for a nice secluded property I feel in love with the pictures and knew immediately this was the place we needed to stay. The pictures did not do The Little Lodge justice. The place was immaculate and had everything you would need to have a very fun relaxing private vacation. From the hot tub to the pool table and board games. There was something for everyone. I absolutely loved the porch swing. So peaceful and relaxing. The town of Loudonville is just minutes from the lodge with a lot of cool shops and fantastic restaurants. The only negative is that we didn't book for two more nights. We will be back again. Might even try out their property behind the Little Lodge for my entire family. Thanks again Jodi and Jason. You both have definitely found your calling.

Once we opened the door all three of us were oohing and aahing at the various beautiful details of the house and we ventured about to find more delights. It truly is a well thought out space with any necessities you may have forgotten (or didn’t want to bring!) and an open floor plan with warm decor. There are happy conveniences like cornhole, 2 lounge chairs for sunbathing, a tv over the hot tub, gas grill, spices, washer/dryer, and on it goes but where this place really shines is in all the design details to make you feel at home except even better. Close to the liveries, also. Well done!

Really, really clean
I’ve stayed at a handful of rental houses and I always feel like the cleaning fee is used to fleece a few extra hundred dollars; that is not the case at this place. Floors looked freshly waxed, stove and fridge looked like it was brand new, hot tub water was clean, and the sheets and towels were extremely white. Everything was immaculate. Check-in was extremely easy. Washer/Dryer/dishwasher was very convenient. We had an excellent stay.
