A Cozy Cottage Near the Heart of All Louisville Attractions!

The barn is a complete, cozy cottage located on a beautiful, wooded 2 acres.

Enjoy complete privacy including a two person Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, queen size bed, complete kitchen (stocked with breakfast foods), covered porch with swing and gas grill.

A beautiful in ground swimming pool is located on the property. You are invited to swim, weather permitting.

There are no pets allowed. However, you can meet our small flock of laying hens and our rooster. We have fresh eggs daily.

The apple trees, grapes, cherries, pears and service berries are an invitation to the white tail deer to visit and partake daily. Bird watching is also a favorite sport.

Louisville area attractions are within 15 minutes of our property, including Churchill Downs, the KFC Yum! Center, 4th Street Live, Historic Old Louisville and the St. James Art Fair as well as an abundance of other wonderful attractions and events in our fabulous city.

My boyfriend and I just needed a place to stay for the night as we were in town to see the Jack O Lantern Spectacular at Iroquois and this was PERFECT! They couldnā€™t have been nicer and the cabin was very well-stocked. Honestly, we ended up wishing we were staying longer to enjoy the cabin itself. 10 minute Uber from the event. You are very close to their home but we felt we had plenty of privacy. Canā€™t recommend enough

Great hideaway
We were just looking for a place to spend the night, but found this amazing little cabin filled with wonderful touches. it was quaint, well stocked, relaxing and so well decorated. The fresh eggs and other items left out for a delicious country breakfast were icing on the cake. It was a great place to rest and relax.

Great getaway location
I planned a weekend outing in Louisville for my wife's birthday and booked this place instead of just a hotel room. Getting around Louisville is fast enough that we were never more than fifteen or twenty minutes from any attraction, yet it felt like a cabin in the country, greenery all around, no sirens or traffic noises. Lots of nice little amenities, like chocolate, fresh eggs, a loaf of bread, butter and jelly, juice in the fridge (I was able to fix her a nice breakfast). Everything was clean, there was nothing we would need and didn't have. Bed was comfortable. And my wife loved the chickens. I would definitely book this place again for a future stay in Louisville.

I absolutely adored this property the fresh eggs provided by Mr.Jerry and his wife we rented it an extra night. Such a warm welcoming from the host I wish I could have refilled up the fridge before we left but I woke up late. Thank you it was a great place even seen deers

My six-year-old daughter and I were taking a last minute vacation before school started. I am so. glad we found this place. Almost as good as Home. Very comfortable and peaceful setting. The pool was great also. I highly recommend. Great host.

Perfect doesnā€™t describe this cottage! Beautifully decorated along with the wood walls & ceiling remind us of being back home in the New Hampshire White Mountains. The promise of fresh eggs was no joke! We never even heard the ladies who provide such goodness! The pool was clean & is perfect for those hot days. We will definitely come back and plan a longer stay as this is by far the nicest cottage we have stayed in. Thank you so much for sharing your cottage with us!

Peaceful, quiet, well-kept and clean
The cabin is tucked away on a peaceful little hill. The place is very well kept and everything was fresh and clean. No odors or allergens. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here. We stayed on the property most of our stay and got some much needed rest after adding a new baby to our family. It was very comfortable and serene. Felt like home. Hosts were great.
