You'll love this open concept single level home with 10ft tall ceilings, tons of natural light, chef's kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer. Open and airy with a huge center island to eat or work at. High speed internet tested at over 300 mbps, two 55" Smart TVs. Free on street parking or use the 2 car parking pad in the back.
Centrally located! We are a quick walk to several independent local restaurants , bars, and shopping. Or you could grab a cab/rideshare anywhere in Louisville in under 10 minutes.
Walkable restaurants include the Full Stop Cafe, Awry Brewery, The Fish House, The Barret Bar and Grill. Scooters have also hit the Louisville market so feel free to utilize those as well. Also close by are Big Bad Breakfast, Logan Street Market, Hammerheads, Comeback Inn, The Cafe, Paristown Food Hall, &Wiltshire Bakery, Kaiju, and everything on Bardstown Rd. Thank you Karen and Ken for such a wonderful stay in Louisville! We came for Derby weekend and spent most of our time at the track, but it was so nice to come back to a *clean* and updated rental to wind down from the day. The bed was very comfy and perfect for a good nights sleep!! Thank you for the timley communication and clear check-in/ check-out instructions! Lastly, the roses, rain ponchos, and derby koozies were the perfect touch for Derby weekend! The details did not go unnoticed. Thank you!! We hope to come visit again in the future!

Great location! Kitchen, bedrooms and baths well stocked with high quality linens, toiletries etc. Everything necessary for doing laundry even! Great coffee shop right across the street. Would definitely stay here again and recommended to a friend who may be traveling to Louisville.

Have to say when we pulled up to it we were a little worried it was going to be not as nice just because some of the places around it were not in good condition . But once you walk in it’s like a whole different level. This place is well maintained , clean , roomy, comfortable and just a very great place to stay . We had a easy check in and check out process . It’s very close to downtown so you can easily go wherever! We recommend this place to anyone!

Very nice house in a nice neighborhood. Everything was just as listed in the ad. Across the street from the little market that has all the necessities. Short walk to Bardstown Rd. Close to downtown. We had a wonderful stay!

Eh not a great experience
It was fine. The inside was decent but the second bed is actually a very uncomfortable futon in the living room. When we first got there the doors were all unlocked which kind of freaked me out because it wasn't in a great neighborhood. It was sketchy and I feel like the listing tried to mask that with only close up pics. Also there's a 79 dollar cleaning fee which is totally fine except when you get there, there's this long list of cleaning that has to be done to and I quote get a 5 star review from them. So basically you're payinh 79 dollars to clean it yourself. Which we did. We followed all directions and vacuumed. Wiped down counters. Loaded the dishwasher. Took out all trash. Locked up. And thought all was fine until a day later when I got an email saying I owed 105 dollars more to them. She claimed there were stains and stuff on the carpet. Now I do have a 6 and an 8 year old. So there could have been some VERY small things we missed. But I mean minuscule that could have been cleaned very easily. The owners claimed it took them all day to clean (I have pictures I took on the way out. There's just no way) and they had to block the date. Here's the thing, there's no way they had someone already booked and canceled. They wouldn’t have taken that financial hit for a small stain on the couch and a couple of crumbs. So I have a feeling that day just wasn't booked out and they wanted to be paid for it. I for sure would be cautious booking this place.

Delightful decor, off-street parking, lovely neighborhood.
The decor in this rental is adorable and the space is comfortable. The neighborhood is easy to navigate. We walked to several places for food and drink and enjoyed the feel of an old-town neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Really nice place. Very clean and modern with everything we needed for our 4 nights. While there was plenty of on-street parking, we enjoyed the private parking pad at the back of the house. Location is very convenient to everything. Kroger is about 5 minutes away. Short drive to downtown Louisville or you can take an inexpensive Uber.
