We were actually in the room very little... just to change clothes and sleep during a visit to family. The room was super clean and comfortable. Easy to get to and convenient for our needs. Plenty of parking. Breakfast onsite is a help.

Staff were all warm, welcoming and kind. The shuttle service was extremely helpful and breakfast was varied and enjoyable. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Could have used a clock.

We didnā€™t get the room/bed we reserved due to renovations which should have been disclosed at the time of the reservation. Several people behind us ended up not having a room at all, and staff seemed to just not care. I believe her name was Charleen. That being said the room/bed we did end up with was clean and comfortable. We did have enough pillows.
