The property was excellent but I was charged $16.16 when I checked in. I thought that I had already paid fully for the room when I booked it through Expedia. Still donā€™t understand what happened. I will be hesitant to book accommodations through Expedia in the future.

Stayed with my husband and toddler for three nights while visiting family in the area. From beginning to end, the service was top tier. Super clean, great location, fun indoor pool, and close to food and shopping. I canā€™t recommend this hotel enough. We will stay here from now on.

It was really nice. We had connected rooms~ we asked for. There was no issue. Breakfast was good~ a bit crowded. Close to the outlet~ we were school shopping. Definitely recommend.

Overall hotel is nice. The room we were in was showing signs of wear and could have used a deep cleaning. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the rooms beside you, outside, and in the halls. The breakfast was awful. There were several options but nothing was replaced when it ran out and what was there wasnā€™t good.

We had the most restful stay here! Be aware, if traveling with a pet, the pet fee is a flat rate of $75. Whether you stay one night or 5, it is $75.

Not a great stay.
Extremely disappointed. Shower would only provide scalding hot water. Bathroom sink drained extremely slowly. No maintenance staff onsite. Therefore...no shower. Disappointing, especially for a Hampton. Apparently staff does not check the functionality of these things until there is an issue.
