The Hancock House In Louisville is everything a business or pleasure traveler would ask for. Once you receive entry directions everything else is "auto pilot." Easy parking adjacent to the building, easy to remember entry codes all bring you to a very well appointed suite. The immediate neighborhood includes the populat New Lu area and the Hancock House is just a mile or so from the CDB. Great stay at a decent value

The place was great! Located near what we wanted to do and it was perfect. Within walking distance of the stadium and walking the bridge. Very safe area also.

Our room was beautiful and clean. Walkable to restaurants and distilleries. Easy parking and great communication. A little loud from cars at night but nothing that you wouldnā€™t expect from being in the city. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was fantastic, especially for the price. I came for a festival so most places were charging a lot more and werenā€™t half as nice or spacious. Nulu is also just around the corner and offers several great places to eat and shop. This is a hidden gem. I would highly recommend staying here.

AC was broken, HVAC repaired as much as he could, but unit dripped and wouldnā€™t stay at a cold temp. Access codes to get in property and room were incorrect upon arrival. Room was dirty, dust on tables, dirt on carpet, iron did not work, room only had one roll of TP. Very difficult to get ahold of any employee to request more items needed for room.

10 out of 10!!! Christine, who confirmed our booking was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating! The room was perfect and very clean. It's exactly how the pictures depict. I loved that we were right in the middle of NULU and close to shopping and dining options. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful property to book! There was mold on the shower liner and no sheets for the sofa bed. Yet and still, we enjoyed our stay and do recommend to anyone visiting Louisville!
