Weā€™ve stayed here twice and each time the rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk staff person was kind and engaging. Great place to stay if youā€™re going to the Yum! Center.

Limited parking, if you arrive back to the hotel late you have to park in a garage a short distance away. My car windows along with 6 others were bashed in over night and the hotel wanted nothing to do with it. You are surrounded by homeless people and a shady side of town. Spend your money at a different hotel closer to the river with more parking and security.

Tried to check in at 12:30. The lady didnā€™t allow me to, which is understandable, but then didnā€™t confirm that u was in town, parked at the hotel, and that I tried to check in. She also didnā€™t get off the phone the whole time I was talking to her. But most importantly, she didnā€™t mention anything about having to make sure I called back or anything before 10pm. So at 10pm they gave my room away. I was left without a place to stay. Not cool, since I had booked 8 mo in advance and paid for the room, and checked the status just 2 weeks earlier. They didnā€™t call when they were going to give it away/verify I was going to check in, only afterwards to tell me I didnā€™t have a room.

Pretty good. Steps from 4rth street live.
Rooms were nice. Shower drains pool water a bit but nothing too concerning. The updated bathrooms were very nice. Our room reminded me of a dorm room but that's because of the position ofbthe room in the corner of the building. Disappointed that the bar was not staffed to be open at all and the hotel clerk could not remember the last time she has seen it open, but with plenty of bars just steps away fron the hotel it was fine. The employee staff should tell the guest upfront about how to get out the parking deck they partner with, when you cannot find a park at the hotel.

First of all, I have to say that the staff were spectacular. From the get-go, they were courteous and professional, and immediately gave me good ideas as to where to go to eat, with their top recommendation being perfect for what was needed. Always friendly and proactive to make sure I had what I needed, they were incredibly helpful when a family emergency arose and I had to cut my stay short. Grateful for their kindness and top notch hospitality. The room was very nice, clean, quiet and in every way comfortable. Though the location did not seem to have anything of note immediately around it, restaurants and main commercial streets were only a short distance away, and for-hire vehicles got to me relatively quickly. All of the above factors, including the good rates, will definitely have me staying there again soon.
