Check-in was OK. Room was clean. Every time we got fresh towels they were tattered ( torn or had holes in them ) $17.00 per day to park in a open parking lot seems a bit excessive. Sign in hotel said if anything happens to your car they were not responsible, do not leave anything of value in your car. Short walk to downtown. Lot of homeless people on the street. Would not stay there again. Should have spent a bit more and got a nicer place. Breakfast was kinda pricey and not that good. Some higher ups from Holiday Inn should come look around, I don't believe they would be pleased.

Your car will get stolen 100% don’t stay
Don’t stay this place so much of parking issues. Your car will get robbed or stolen 100% its to scary. Front is too lazy dint give you any information that its a charge or parking fee. Staff is rude hotel cleaning is not good at all when we check in we find lot of stain on bed . One of the bed there is no fitted sheets just a comforter . Food from previous guest inn room. We are a family of 4 stay there for Christmas. On 24th night when we came back to hotel in parking lot one car was already robbed all personal item are on floor of parking lot. Two random car was there people sitting in car. Looks like ready to attack us to rob our car. It’s really scary. We informed front desk. They don’t do anything to call police at least but they did not . So leave on 24th night and take other hotel for that night . When we call for refund for that night no refund and hung up on me. Very disappointed management.I would really tell all customers who travel to this hotel just avoid and book somewhere els.i was traveling with 2 and 5 year old kids and this kind of service that you don’t feel safe for yourself and your belongings.

When I booked the room it said that breakfast was included. Upon checking in I found out that wasn’t the case which not a big deal. We went to breakfast and they wed out of orange juice, eggs and bagels. So basically only pancakes. I was disappointed with that. I heard people say the next day it was the same. We didn’t eat there on the second morning.

The staff members were friendly. They greeted us each time we went in and out The person working the front desk when we checked in was slammed when 5 people were checking in at the same time and the computer system was not cooperating. There was also a drunk hotel guest she was dealing with. She was doing a great job trying to check people in while keeping an eye on the drunk guest. The cleaning team was great as well. We had to switch rooms because the blinds in our first room didn’t work. The coat hook in the second room was broken and we had a towel with a ridiculously large hole in it. These were minor inconveniences. I didn’t like that the breakfast was not included as advertised. When you’re traveling as a family that adds to the expense. We may have chosen a different hotel if we had known there would be no free breakfast. That was 3 days we had to purchase food. It’s not going to cause us to go bankrupt but it was unexpected.

The bed was very comfortable but the bedding needed to be replaced badly. Had holes all through it. Parking was terrible had to walk over a half mile to park and had to pay for parking at hotel when there wasn’t any available parking. Did not get checked in until after midnight and was just tired and Jay the front desk worker wanted to just talk talk talk about nothing. Overall it was an ok stay but won’t stay at that location ever again.
