I had requested a first floor or close to elevator room , front desk worked really hard to fulfill my request. This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel. I love the waffles at breakfast . I would love to see a microwave in the breakfast area to heat up the breakfast items.

Breakfast not as good as you would think for the price. Lots of processed food. Hotel is nice especially if you bring food. The kitchenette is helpful.

Considering Louisville was ground central for the last of Hurricane Helena and most of the guests were attending a four day rock festival, the staff did exceptionally well fighting the mud, the wet, and noise. Still the best stay for Louder Than Life. Our groups 3rd year and will do it again next year. The studios are awesome!

When we first checked in, our rooms air conditioner was not working. It was 83 degrees. Yikes! I let the front desk know and they promptly moved us to another room. Kudos for their swift action.

Everything was clean and new looking. Room had a nice size fridge and microwave/coffee maker. Good Water pressure for the shower makes a difference. Breakfast was excellent with omelettes/ egg bowls/ breakfast sandwiches/ biscuits and gravy/ waffles cereal/ muffins/ toast. Nice pet walking area and outdoor pool.
