The NULU area was not as walkable as promoted. Hotel shows a lot of wear and tear. The woman bartender was over the top rude to pretty much everyone on a slow Monday night. We were told the hotel restaurant was closed at the time of booking but didnā€™t realize how needed it was. We could get coffee and some packaged snacks. The Cuban restaurant across the street is excellent! The rooms were ecclectic and fun. Comfy beds. Need much better lighting. Valet (Ash) was awesome! Very quick and friendly!

I really like this hotel; the location is great. The rooftop bar is perfect for a date, although the bartender was not exactly welcoming. The valet was convenient but noticeably a higher cost than the valet across the street. The only problem I encountered was the lack of hot water from the shower. The beds are super comfortable, and I love the decor.

Loved this hotel!! Extremely nice, clean, well-designed and well-decorated. Staff were great and friendly. Very accommodating and dog friendly! The only downside is that the parking is valet which is a little expensive and takes some time. Overall 10/10, will be staying again!!
