The pool was the best part. Although the service at the pool was abysmally SLOW. I mean waiting 20 minutes standing at the bar to get a drink. Lots of servers around and just noooo rush. Frustrating. The room was a little small and so was the bathroom, small. However, it was comfortable. But the roof top pool was definitely the selling point of the hotel. The stores and the shops had inconvenient hours- so much so that I never got a chance to go into the hotel shops.

I reserved 2 hotel rooms on the Hotels.com website (and was confirmed in my email.) When I checked in the front desk staff only had us reserved for one room. I asked for a second room and I was made to feel as if it was my fault and that I was asking a lot to acquire the number of rooms I had reserved. Other than the front desk staff, we had a great stay.

If bad weather or later in the night, my group had several locations within the Omni visit with each other in a comfortable area.

Loved how the property is connected with the market. It is a bummer that the Hot Tub wasnā€™t closed. I was looking forward to the Hot Tub but I was told by the employees that there was kids that peed/pooped insideā€¦

Great property! On-site bars, dining and food hall. Wish we stayed more than one night. The pool area looked amazing, but didnā€™t get to use.

Our first time i Louisville and this hotel fit our needs for everything. The ease of getting to the location, access to the freeway, walking around downtown. Great staff from the valet to the front desk and bars and restaurants. The hotel is very clean, large and beautiful with an amazing shopping area (food and drinks) and a speakeasy !!
