My daughter did not have a blanket on her bed, only a sheet and thin bedspread. There were no extra blankets in the wardrobe and there were no sheets and blankets for the pullout sofa-bed that my granddaughter slept. Do have to commend staff for handling verbal confrontation among guests in reception area and keeping guests safe and protected.

Staff were excellent especially the breakfast staff. All very welcoming, sweet and hard working. The hotel room was clean, we opted for no cleaning services during our stay because we had 5 people and were not sure at what point they would come through and clean. I would recommend a larger garbage can in the room instead of the small ones for those with larger groups as our garbage piled up quickly with so many people but I believe the small cans would be fine if you had just a couple of people. The parking situation was a little frustrating to find it was 19$ a night additionally to stay at the hotel. I understand it is downtown but it does suck to have to pay extra for parking where you are staying. Overall experience of the hotel is very well. Pool is clean and private, food is good, lobby restroom is excellently cleaned regularly it appeared.

The property was dirty. The carpets throughout were heavily stained. The elevator floors were also very dirty. The buffet breakfast was on. They had more condiments available than food. Finally, I specifically booked this hotel for the pool, and the pool was not available. Itā€™s being renovated. It would have been nice and considerate of the company to post that on their website!!! I was traveling with small children.

After the first night, everything went well. Upon check-in, the room I paid for was not available. My family was assigned to a room for the disabled. very different to what was agreed too.
