This property was beautiful and centrally located. There were plenty of restaurants and beautiful clothing stores one block over. The staff was very welcoming and the hotel was clean. I will definitely be visiting again.

The hotel is beautiful. Roof top dining has an amazing view. Lots of construction going on around it so wouldn’t stay there again until the city has completed those projects. I would say the staff was courteous but not altogether friendly to us. I didn’t feel welcomed there at all. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Great for a quick stay
Was here on a business trip. After a long day of delayed flights, got in and they couldn’t find my reservation. Instead of turning it into an issue, they just got me in a room and said they would figure it out- this meant the world to me, as I didn’t have to fight back and forth with the hotel and hotels.com. Room was very clean, however you could hear very easily through the walls and the hallway noise. Had a coffee at the coffee shop, was really good. Rooftop restaurant was beautiful (it’s brand new!) didn’t try the food. Walking distance to a lot of things

I spent this past Monday and Tuesday at the Tempo Hotel on East Jefferson in Louisville,Ky. the first night I had to change rooms at around 11 pm due to the AC shuttting down in my room. The next night at around 3 am the AC in that room shut down and didnt come back on. also the smoke detector in the room has a light that flashes on and off so when the lights are out and its dark in the room the flashing light is a very irritating and makes it hard to get to sleep. the property is nice and clean but I had 2 miserable nights. mentioned this to the person at the desk when I checked out but was just told I'm sorry. no effort to try and make it right by getting a credit for a future stay or one night on the house or anything. very disappointing stay.
