This loft was very clean, and it had a ton of space! The location is kind of difficult to find on your own; however, the host was very communicative, responsive and kind! The location is also a fun area to stay in Louisville

Cool, spacious apartment in the heart of downtown Louisville!
Beautiful, old building with lots of character. A short walk to 4th Street Live, multiple restaurants and bars, and the KFC Yum Center arena. Nicely appointed with everything we needed and the most comfortable bed ever!

Great loft on 4th Street!
We loved the River City loft. Large space, very clean and quiet and right on 4th St. Justin was great with providing good info and quick to communicate. Parking pass a plus too! Would definitely stay here again.

Communication from owner was detailed and timely. Amenities such as cold water bottles in the fridge upon arrival were greatly appreciated. Check out process was easy, no complicated instructions like I’ve run into at other rentals. Had no issues accessing the parking garage. Only downside was that planes landing at the airport seem to fly right overhead while we were trying to get to sleep.

Great place and we walked everywhere.
We really enjoyed staying at the loft. It was well done, had everything we needed and a great location. As part of our bourbon getaway we wanted someplace we could go back to in the evenings and walk to downtown restaurants and bars. We also enjoyed walking to the distilleries downtown during the day. Would definitely come back. A spot in the parking garage was a big plus too.

Fantastic place! Perfect location! Parking right behind the building in a parking garage. Great time doing part of the Bourbon Trail. Love the history of the city and this building itself. It was built in 1890. The floors and brick walls are original. You can still smell the age of the building in the elevator. You can’t go wrong with your stay here!

Great for history and adventure!
The location was great -- we needed to spend four days at the convention center and were delighted to find that 4th Street is primarily for pedestrians! My kids' friends asked if we would join them at an escape room, and we were pleasantly surprised to see it was right across the street. It took us a full day to discover the building's front door and that was much more comfortable than entering through the alley. The apartment itself was lovely -- we didn't have to eat out a single time because the kitchen allowed us to cook full meals. Be sure to check out the Seelbach Hilton down the street -- you can walk inside to watch a video detailing the fascinating history of the building.

Very spacious and clean loft close to everything! We never had to move our vehicle once! Justin was a very thorough and quick communicator. An extra star for utilizing the cleaning service and not making us clean the apartment before we leave as EVERY other VRBO has made me do in the past. Can't say enough good things about this place. Perfect Stay
This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Louisville. Justin was quick to communicate back and forth and provided wonderful recommendations. Walking distance to many places like the Louisville Slugger museum and field, various distillaries, and great restaurants. Would definitely recommend to others.
