Spacious cottage for 6 people, completely renovated and independent with a private enclosed garden. It is located within the walls of a beautiful residence and a family farm which produces hazelnuts, thus offering a warm, wooded and calm environment. 1h30 from Paris and 15km from Orléans, you can enjoy the forest of Orléans and its many hikes, the Loire by bike and especially its majestic castles. On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen open to a large living room with dining room and lounge (47m²).
On the first floor, 3 bedrooms with 160 cm beds, including a bed that can be separated into two 80 cm beds. Bathroom and separate wc.
A pleasant enclosed garden, outdoor tables and chairs, BBQ and gazebo in summer, petanque/molkky ground.

ALL CHARGES INCLUDED: water, electricity. Bed sheets and towels included. Beds made on arrival.

Beau gite spacieux
Ce gite est spacieux, confortable, aménagé avec goût, alliant charme et modernité. Il est par ailleurs très bien équipé (électroménager, vaisselle, radiateur, sèche serviettes, lits 160 et faits...) neuf et très propre. On s'y sent bien, comme chez soi, et l'espace y est très appréciable. L'accueil est très agréable. Pour finir, le cadre est également très plaisant puisque situé dans l'enceinte du château et de sa ferme. Idéal !
