Pretty happy with stay here. Hotel was clean and staff were polite.
We arrived 1.5hours after checkin time and room was not ready. This was our only negative.

Fantastic spacious room with comfortable beds and quiet room but it was inconvenient to get to through labyrinth of corridors and lifts. However we got a 2.5 day free travel pass which we used a lot to get around Hamburg. Much should be made of it’s convenience to the train station and the lovely shopping areas.
