Property located right in the heart of Maho Beach. Excellent facility, great pool and gracious host!! All the features of home for cooking and washing clothes. Would definitely stay there again if available. Due to convenience of property, probably stays booked year-round!! Thanks Thierry!!

Great stay in SXM
Our stay at this resort went as planned. The resort was easy to find, the instructions were accurate and detailed. We were very confused trying to punch in the code on the key box until we realized there was a code reader on the doorknob. Please make this clearer to renters , for it is not clear in the owner instructions. I loved the location for I love planes and the airport was minutes away walking distance. The room is small but was all we needed until we reached our hotel 2 days later. Parking was not an issue. Wifi was good with no issues. Netflix was not very accommodating, for everything we wanted to watch was a cost… and we did not want the owner getting the bill. We are not Netflix customers.The only issue we had was no hot water in the morning, we suspect that everyone else was using it…. Afternoon was not an issue for hot water. I raised my concern with the owner, who responded within 2 hours. Great response time! It would have been nice if they had an actual toaster for morning breakfast, the hot plate was too complicated to use. Being from Canada , toasters and filter coffee makers are a must! We would definitely rent here next year again!

Séjour exceptionnel !
Le logement était idéalement situé. Très propre et avec tout le nécessaire pour passer une belle semaine. Thierry répondait rapidement aux messages. Le processus d’arrivée et de départ est simple. Le gym était très bien équipé et la piscine très belle ! Malgré que ce soit proche de l’aéroport, le bruit des avions n’est vraiment pas dérangeant. Je recommande fortement !!!

Unforgettable Stay in Maho
The host is so kind and always at your disposal. The apartment is modern decorated and it has everything that you need for your stay. The property is nice with a clean swimming pool and gym and very closed to supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants. Totally recommended
