This quaint studio apartment is perfect for a couple or anyone traveling solo. Located less than a mile from Slide and the Marsha Sharp freeway, you can be just about anywhere in Lubbock in less than 10 minutes. Very convenient for TTU game days, parents visiting their kids at Tech or LCU, or anyone needing quick access to the Medical District. We're minutes from many of the best restaurants and just down the street from the best taco truck in the LBK.

A privacy fence separates this rear apartment from the rest of the property. The apartment has a new queen bed, sofa, and newly remodeled bathroom with a walk in shower. We have a designated parking spot off-street with security lighting. A fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials for anyone looking to whip up a quick meal.

Great little guest house
Wonderful, quiet, private little guest house. Easy to get to, great off street parking. Close to everything you need, restaurants, movie theaters, stores etc. Didn't get over 103 during our visit and the air conditioner kept the house cool and comfortable. Prompt responses for all questions. Needed to check in a little early and had to extend my stay an extra day, no problems at all. Would definitely stay here again! the the place

It was so cute and spacious for a two night stay! There was not a lot of maintenance at all! I would so recommend this place! The hosts were very communicative and informed us of everything we needed to know! Very convenient area as well!

Quiet Private Stay
The property is as described, quiet, clean, and great location. The only thing i want to point out is that the window A/C unit works well to keep the space cool but can be a little noisy if you are noise sensitive. Otherwise, it was a very good stay.

Almost perfect ~
There are three things you want after a long hot drive. Cold AC, a hot shower, a comfortable bed. This cottage had two of the three. The temperature was very hot outside and the air conditioner wasn’t able to compete. We sent a message to our hosts, that included a photo of my instant read thermometer, they responded almost immediately. They let us know that they had not had any issues reported previously and that they would have someone look at it soon. They very graciously offered to refund half of our stay. We took cold showers and turned up the ceiling fan.
