Enjoy your next stay at Hoff Gardens. This upstairs 1589 sqft unit is one of four fully furnished apartments in a complex only 2 miles from Texas Tech University. This unit has been completely remodeled inside and has all the amenities to make you to feel right at home. Enjoy the comfortable furniture, linens, and the large smart TVs in every room. With so much space, there is plenty of room for your whole group. Perfect for short and long stays.
The Space:
Both bedrooms have a queen size bed with nightstands and bedside lamps, as well as closet storage for your clothes and luggage. Each bedroom also has its own smart TV for your entertainment. There is also a futon for another guest to sleep on.
In the living room you'll find a large and inviting sofa that also contains a fold out sleeper. If you use the sleeper sofa, please let us know so that we can clean it properly. This area will allow you to enjoy the 70-inch smart TV and any of your favorite streaming services. Please plan on using your own logins for the smart TV as there is no cable and be sure to log out before you leave. There are also board games and reading material available.
The kitchen and dining room area has everything you'll need to enjoy one of Lubbock's many restaurants or to make your own home cooked meals. There is an electric stove and microwave provided as well as pots, pans, and plenty of cooking and eating utensils. The dining area is located adjacent to the kitchen area and has seating for 4 at the bar height table. There is additional seating in the office area for two.
Between the kitchen and the living room, you will find a perfect work area with its own desk and an additional small dining room table.
In the bathrooms, you'll find a tub/shower combo and large vanities. There is a wall-mounted hair dryer here and plenty of towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for your stay.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property and will incur a fee of $500.
There is a pool at this property that is available seasonally. For the current season, the pool will be closing September 29th. Please check with us to see if the pool will be open during your stay.
This unit is equipped with a washer/dryer.
A rental agreement is required to book our property.
We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense.
Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.
This property is not pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home. The owner has severe pet allergies so there will not be any exceptions to this policy and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this.
There are 4 parking spaces in the front of the building, directly off of 34th Street, that are designated for Airbnb guests. Parking at this property allows for 1 vehicle in the front. Other vehicles can be parked in the surrounding area. Parking is not allowed beyond the gates.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located directly off 34th Street between University and Ave Q. It is located in the historic Clapp Park area of Lubbock. Since it is so close to Texas Tech, there are a lot of students in this area and you will see a lot of people walking at all hours. There are a lot of unique shops, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby.
Getting Around:
Lubbock is a large city and has poor public transportation options. It is recommended that you have your own vehicle, although Uber and Lyft are alternative options.

Parties are strictly prohibited and any violation of this rule will result in an immediate $500 fee.
This property is not pet friendly so please plan on making other arrangements for your pets. There will not be any exceptions made to this rule and any violations will be charged an immediate $250 fee. Service animals will be required to show proof of registration BEFORE booking.
Check-in information, including the keypad code, will be sent 3 days before your check-in date. We require 24 notice for early check out alterations.

- No smoking inside the property.
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors.
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.

Interaction with Guests:
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, please message us and we will be happy to assist.
