This hotel is located in an ideal location. It is just across the main train station and, unlike many areas around train stations of major cities, the surroundings are safe, walkable and clean. It is also close to the old town, Lake Luzern, and other tourist attractions. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Luzern.

A very nice hotel, right next to the train station and many bus routes. While an older hotel, the rooms are up to date and well appointed. Staff very friendly and helpful. We were happy with our visit.

The staff were great, very informative and provided highlights of the area around the hotel. Perfect location to eateries bakeries, site-seeing, and train station. Room was a tad small, but all the other positives negates that issue.

The receptionist was extremely helpful upon arrival. Next day however there was terribly noisy construction work going on from about 9 am till 6 pm. Concrete breaking, hammering, drilling was virtually permanent. Complaint was not accepted so this was our worse hotel stay ever in a very convenient place near the old town of a beautiful city. The hotel did not gave any discount for the inconvenience only made our parking free.

Stayed here one night on a quick trip to Lucerne. Property is being renovated. Clean basic rooms, beds were comfortable. good location next to bahnhof and old town. No AC presumably due to renovations, no refrigerator so when I left my Swiss chocolate in the room and came back from sightseeing it was actually so hot in the room it was melted:( Quite expensive for product offered at this time. If you’re going to spend the money perhaps book something a bit nicer this price point.

Be sure you don't make the same mistake of going on a hot month. There is no AC and leaving the windows open in a busy street until late at night is not ideal. Also, it would have been great if Expedia told us that the hotel was under renovation and highlight that there is no AC. It is a high price to pay for just a hotel next to the tourist attractions.

Great location to trains. Cozy room with no view nor AC, but hotel offered a fan to help dry the sweat . Staff was very helpful and location could not have been more convenient to trains

The hotel was nice, rooms are decent. The building had lots of construction which waz annoying bc there was constant noise and no consideration for people who might want to sleep late. I was unlucky to get a room by the elevator/stairs so people are rude and loud. Also was a little upon arrival i was enformed that i had breakfast included in my stay. I missed two days. That was unfortunate. Overall close to station and walking around. Those are the perks.

The staff was outstanding. Very helpful and professional. Our room was too warm and the thermostat had fallen off the wall so no adjustments could be made. Open g the window led to a lot of street and crowd noise. The location was perfect.
