Repos et calme au milieu de la nature !
La propriété est vraiment parfaite si vous recherchez du repos au calme au milieu de la nature ! La maison est parfaite et possède tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour (plancha à gaz à l'extérieur, barbecue au charbon, tables au soleil ou à l'ombre, table de ping-pong, terrain de pétanque). Malgré le fait que nous n'ayons pas pu nous rencontrer, la communication avec le propriétaire a été excellente ! Et il est de très bon conseil sur les commerces et activités environnantes ! N'hésitez pas !

Ce fut compliqué de partir... Nous y étions tellement bien ! Après un début d'année 2020 oppressant, nous ne pouvions pas rêver mieux. Tout est réuni pour passer de merveilleuses vacances en famille : la forêt, le calme, les étoiles, les chevreuils, la piscine, la maison... Je me souviendrai longtemps de ces vacances qui pendant quelques jours m'ont presque fait oublié que j'étais malade.

Calme et repos assurés
Propriété très agréable avec de la place et un agencement facilitant les déplacements. Salle de bain et toilettes à chaque niveau est pratique quand on est nombreux. Il manquerait un lave vaisselle pour ceux qui n'aiment pas la faire. L’accès à la maison est vraiment à améliorer car le long chemin est très cabossé (attention avec des voitures assez basses ça peut toucher facilement) et de la végétation peut rayer la peinture des véhicules mais le propriétaire nous a dit qu'il allait s'occuper d’améliorer ce point. L'extérieur est bien pensé pour diverses activités (piscine, pétanque, fléchettes, repas dehors) et l'emplacement de la maison permet de belles ballades en forêt. Aucun bruit extérieur et possibilité d'en faire à toute heure vue la distance avec les voisins.

Proprieté hors du commun si vous êtes à la recherche de calme, de nature
Nous avons passé d'excellente vacances dans ce lieu loin de tout, dans une clairière entourée d'arbre et ce buissons. La maison est très spacieuses et extrêmement bien tenue. Avec tout le comfort. Les produits pour vaisselle, lessive étaient à disposition à notre arrivée. Une petite intendance de cuisine permettait de cuisiner sans devoir courir au magasin pour sel ou poivre. Quatre très grandes chambres, 2 salles de douche/bain avec WC. Des boilers pour l'eau des salles de bains mais également pour la cuisine qui fonctionnent au quart de tour. Une cuisinière nickel, grand frigo et congélateur. Dans les armoires tout le nécessaire pour faire la cuisine comme à la maison, mixers, moules pour gâteaux, plats casseroles. Tout dans un état impeccable. Dans la buanderie une machine à laver en parfait état de fonctionnement. La maison est décorée avec goût et avec authenticité. Pour les soirées une télévision quasiment neuve. Wifi qui fonctionne réellement. Dans le jardin des coins sympathiques pour prendre les repas ou prendre l'apéro en jouant aux boules. Une piscine avec une eau limpide. Table de pingpong, hamac et jeu de flechettes sont là pour le plaisir des petits et des grands. La nuit un ciel étoilé comme on n'en voit plus en ville, des jeunes faons qui viennent regarder entre deux troncs d'arbres, des petits oiseaux dans les branches et la nuit le cri du hibou. Sébastien est un hôte absolument charmant très à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Nous recommandons ce lieu pour plus de 100 % PS : location septembre 2018 pour 4 semaines

L’endroit qu’il nous fallait
Chinanon.... On n’arrive pas par hasard dans ce petit coin de paradis. On le choisit. Et on a aimé... ...être accueillis par Sébastien qui nous a remis les clés de la maison qu’il a arrangée avec goût et avec cœur et qui a tout fait pour que notre arrivée soit facilitée y compris mettre des boissons fraîches dans le frigo. ...se ressourcer dans ce grand domaine où chacun a pu trouver son petit cocon de bien-être. ...se réjouir de pouvoir faire tout le bruit possible mais chuchoter parce que la nature nous impose le respect et nous invite à écouter la diversité des chants d’oiseaux, le bourdonnement des insectes qui butinent les magnifiques hibiscus, le brame d’un cerf en pleine nuit... ...se prendre pour des poissons en jouant dans la piscine d’eau légèrement salée et en profiter pour sauver des petits lézards, des grenouilles ou des sauterelles égarés dans notre bassin. ...regarder briller Vénus et se sentir infiniment petit face à l’univers qui s’étend au dessus de notre tête une fois la nuit tombée. On aurait voulu profiter de visiter la région un jour sur deux, qu’importe si on n’a abandonné notre lecture qu’un seul petit jour... Mais...au moment où l’on se sent vraiment chez soi , il faut déjà repartir...une semaine, c’est définitivement trop peu. Voilà que revient déjà Sébastien, qu’il vous faut faire une longue route mais que vous prendriez bien encore l’apéro avec lui afin de refaire le monde sur le coin de l’une des tables qui accueille si bien ces moments conviviaux.
