Our farmhouse enjoys a magnificent view of the Tiber valley, equipped with a swimming pool, can accommodate up to 22 guests, just an hour's drive from Rome, thirty minutes from Orvieto, 2 hours from Florence and an hour from Siena.
In the nearby property, where the owners currently live, there is a restaurant also open to the public on weekends .
Ability to organize small events, birthday parties, small weddings until 60-80 people.

We have three apartments, one, two and three double bedrooms respectively, and two double en-suite rooms, accessible to the disabled.

All bedrooms have a private, spacious bathroom, equipped with a bathtub or shower and hairdryer. The apartments have a large living room with fireplace and kitchen corner, complete with fridge and dishwasher.

Each room has air conditioning, heating, television, Internet and safe.

A large communal living room with a fireplace is available to guests, with a professional kitchen .
The Casale is surrounded by a large garden with a barbecue, a wood-wood oven, a small playground for children, the table tennis table, available to guests.
