Room not fit for guests.
Room we were given stunk so bad like wet dogs and the room was hot. I asked to be moved to another room and was given a room that was a lot better but a double bed instead of the king we had.

The customer service at this hotel is TERRIBLE. I left an item in the closet and called the hotel and they found it but they refuse to mail it to me even when I offered to pay the shipping. They told me their policy is rigid and if I want it I need to come back and pick it up in person. Also, when I checked in, I stood at the desk for probably five minutes with a the front desk agent and the manager standing in front of me while they went through a housekeeping list before they acknowledged that I was standing there and checked me in. Seriously, I'm never staying at this property again.

Horrible stay. Should have been 2 TVs but we were missing one, was told no discount. Then the air condition was not working and we were told our only option was to leave, at almost midnight when we had just got back from our event. Will not be using this place again.

Didn't mind the check in process until the word "incidentals" came up. I mentioned that i was only here x one night. After that everything went smoothly. I always stay at La quinta but nobody wants more charges when they packed everyting in advance.

Good Place To Stay On Mult-day stays
This place delivers excellent value, providing a secure place to spend time on various projects that require my presence within the area. It is well-located, convenient and secure. For the money..I know of no other superior alternatives. I will stay here.

The bed was hard, sheets were dirty, stain of some sort, so we slept on top of blanket, asked for an extra blanket, because there wasn't any extra in closet, and there was no staff to bring it up to second floor, Elevator was broke x2 days before we arrived.
