Staying here is always awesome. With it being almost halfway between our girls at School in Florida and home in Virginia, it is the perfect place to stop and always awesome. Friendly, clean and just great.

Customer service ruined it
The hotel over all is nice. Definitely 2.5 star hotel. The check-in staff were not customer service friendly. They never greeted us, simply “how can I help you.” Once we got in our room, the lights wouldn’t work. They said they’d check to see if the breaker tripped, then said they’d get a maintenance man up there. All while we are sitting in the dark waiting. We were never offered another room or an apology. The sheets and bathroom floor had hair on them. The shower was absolutely a dream and the amenities are nice.

I’ve stayed at SpringHill Suites in Lumberton, NC, several times for business trips, and it’s always a great experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and really comfortable. It’s the perfect place to relax after a busy day.
