The house was built in the year 2011 and has hardly been used, which is why it appears very new. Large windows fronts in the living area bring a lot of light and sun into the house. It is located in the quiet village of Cumbel in a prime location with good sun exposure and breathtaking views of the mountains and the valley opposite. The house offers a loggia/balcony as well as several outdoor areas/seatings. This fully-equipped holiday house additionally offers the followoing: charcoal grill/gas grill, fire place, several sun loungers for outside, two relaxing armchairs electronically adjustable for inside, ski boot warmer, wine cabinet/wine cellar, baby bed and much more. Handsoap, showergel, wood for the fire place and coffee capsules are availalbe and included in the price. Distance to next skiresort Mundaun/Obersaxen: 2 minutes, Distance to Laax: 15 minutes, distance to Lake Cauma: 20 minutes. Many hiking and biking trails near the house. Ideal for a larger groups as each bedroom has its own bathroom.
