Three separate bedrooms offer private retreat and in the living room with dining table, fireplace and two sofa corners there is time for a cozy get-together.
The house is very lovingly and aesthetically decorated with many pretty details. Wooden floor, crackling fireplace, cozy stove, clay walls, natural colors and cozy furnishings invite you to relax.
Cot or additional beds are possible.

The kitchen is very new, has a modern design and is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher and sink with warm water.

In the bathroom there is a large shower, sink, toilet and urinal.

Our Bauernstübchen was exclusively renovated using a purely ecological design, using 100% natural materials. Clay, reed, wood, oak planking and brick shape the character of the house according to the Flemish building tradition.

In the middle of fields, forests and hiking trails, Kerzendorf is quiet and dreamy and offers an idyllic retreat for anyone who wants to relax.
And yet it is centrally located to experience culture and art and nightlife in the area.

The environment is wonderfully quiet and immersed in nature and invites you to go for a walk in the forest, go hiking and cycling.
A beautiful playground is a 2-minute walk away.
A village bakery in the neighboring village offers fresh baked goods every day.

On request, we are happy to lend you our bicycles. Child seat and child bike trailer are also available.

Nearby there are some beautiful outdoor pools as well as a modern swimming pool with sauna area in Wittenberg, as well as in Bad Belzig.

In winter we have a large toboggan mountain "right on the doorstep" and the snow-covered forest hiking trails invite you to take a winter walk.

To experience some culture, you can follow the traces of the Reformation in Lutherstadt Wittenberg or use the many other offers in Lutherstadt and the surrounding cities such as Dessau, Wörlitz, Raben, Treuenbrietzen, Jüterbog, Bad Belzig etc., or in immerse yourself in the inexhaustible offer of the inviting cities of Berlin, Leipzig, Halle and Magdeburg.

Nettes Bauernhaus auf dem Land
Wir haben 4 Tage mit unseren Freunden und 4 Kindern hier verbracht. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, wir hatten tolle Tage. Schön ruhig und die Kinder haben sich über den Spielplatz, der gleich um die Ecke ist, sehr gefreut. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Selten haben wir einen so schönen Urlaub verlebt, wie in dieser Woche! Nach den Tagesausflügen nach Berlin (2x) und Potsdam sowie in die Lutherstadt Wittenberg war es jedesmal eine Wohltat in dieses schöne und gemütliche Haus mit seinen superfreundlichen Vermietern zurück zu kommen und sich vom Trubel zu erholen! Unsere ganze Familie war sehr zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus sowie mit den Eigentümern. Sie war sehr freundlich und vor allem sehr entgegenkommend. Die Umgebung lud zum Erholen ein und für die Kinder war in direkter Umgebung ein großer Spielplatz und eine große Wiese zum Fußballspielen. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen

Verrassende vakantie in Hoher Fläming
Een mooie verrassende plek in een uitgestrekt agrarisch gebied. We hebben genoten van het huis. Het is erg rustig. We hebben gewandeld en gefietst. Leipzig, Brandenburg, Postdam en Beelitz aangedaan. Onze gastfamilie heeft ons regelmatig suggesties gegeven voor uitjes en restaurants.

Einfach mal abschalten
Wir (2Erw./2 Ki.) hatten herrlich entspannte Tage in diesem wunderschönen Häuschen, das so liebevoll saniert wurde. Die Ausstattung lässt keinen Wunsch offen und bietet absolute Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Die Lage ist ideal für Wanderungen oder Fahrradtouren, eben mitten in der Natur. Ruhe ohne Ende! Familie Krosch sind sehr zuvorkommende und herzliche Gastgeber. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein schöner Rückzugsort
Das Häuschen ist genauso urig und schön wie es beschrieben wird. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und erfüllen alle Wünsche bestmöglich. Wir sind im Winter gereist und konnten den Garten nicht weiter nutzen, aber im Sommer ist das sicherlich auch nochmal wunderschön. Die Ausstattung ist gut und ausreichend. Das Geschirr und die Kaffeemaschine könnten mal erneuert werden, da gibt es einige Gebrauchsspuren, die die Zeit einfach mit sich bringt. Dennoch hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und würden auch wiederkommen. Vielen Dank und alles Gute! :-)

Sehr schöne Urlaub
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, und hat eine herliche privaten Garten. Die Eigentumer sind sehr gastfreundlich, mann fühlt sich gleich Zuhause. Die gegend ist sehr Ruhig, mitten in die Natur. Es gibt sehr viele Hirschen in die gegend, und rundum das Haus. In die Nahe liegen interessante Stadte, wie Wittenberg, Brandenburg, Berlin, Leipzig und Potsdam. Leipzig hat eine schone Zoo. Vielen dank fuhr die schöne Urlaub!

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhäuschen mitten in der Natur umgeben von kleinen Dörfern, Wiesen und Wald. Wittenberg , Dessau und das Gartenreich sind gut erreichbar, Wandern im Fläming ist auch sehr schön. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Traumhaftes Idyll
Wir waren mit drei Generationen eine Woche im wunderschönen Häuschen und haben es sehr genossen! Der Garten ist wunderbar lauschig und hübsch mit Solarleuchten ausgestattet, die Katzen waren sehr zutraulich, der nahe Spielplatz begeisterte die Kinder und wir haben uns rundum entspannen können. Eine tolle Umgebung zum Radfahren (wir sind aus Wittenberg hingeradelt) mit gut befestigten Wegen und wenig Autoverkehr. Nur manchmal geht es ein bisschen hoch und runter - Hoher Fläming eben :-) Vielen Dank auch für die aromatischen Birnchen und die tolle Gastfreundschaft!
