Our shower flooded every single time we took a shower. The first time, it flooded our entire room. A staff member came and cleaned it up but blamed it on us and told us we used the shower wrong. Apparently you are only allowed to shower here by holding the wand in your hands. She then proceeded to tell us that it was a known issue and the entire building was designed incorrectly. We had to have extremely short showers for the rest of our stay and the bathroom flooded every time.

Small but convinent
It was within walking distance of the train station which was very convinent. However, the sign is small and along with construction you might walk right by it. The room was alittle small and door to the balcony was broken so we could only open when tilted.

The room was clean but the pillows for the bed need to be upgraded. They were very small and the foam had broken up. The lights were very dim in the bedroom and bathroom and need to be upgraded to stronger. The hot water didn't work the first day and was quite sporadic.

Convenient location for transport links. A large room. No parking on site but there is excellent free bus services to the multi-storey car park on the outskirts of town.

Nice room. Nice staff. I’d think there should be a little consideration to allocation of guest rooms if they’re aware they have internal pat testing and exterior building works. Very annoyed to be woken at 7.30am from all sides. Average 3 star hotel.

No AC Whole Stay
On three occasions I told three different people at the front desk that the AC wasn’t working properly. The first day was a bank holiday, so I thought “whatever.” The second day, someone came, attempted to fix it, to no avail. I let them know again. This time, for the last day and a half, they didn’t even send someone else. The front desk staff were all kind, they just didn’t care to help (or the maintenance team; I don’t know which). The room was very humid and the housekeeper gave me a light sheet (vs the duvet) because she knew how hot it was.

We have traveled to 38 countries and never had such a poor experience. Our room was extremely small for 2 people with a small (double) bed. We had no towels and the soap dispenser did not work. When we asked for a replacement, it didn’t work either. The AC did not work adequately and consequently we were unable to sleep. Staff indifferent to the problem with the AC. Would NOT recommend this hotel. Only plus is it is across from the train station and the Tram.
