The Space:
Please note this property is not suitable for more than 10 guests. We would appreciate no enquiries in regard to get togethers/celebrations of more than 10 people as the property is not appropriate for this. Thank you for your understanding.

Read in the cedar lined lounge/ library, cook, walk, play Boule/Petanque or table tennis and or cool off in the summer in the magnesium plunge pool while taking in the amazing views. Or just sit by one of two open fires

The fully equipped chef's kitchen with its Viking Range, 2 Miele dishwashers and Nespresso machine will satisfy the most demanding of cooks.

Dine on the cabin-like verandah overlooking the view or at the large oak table in the kitchen/dining area. Webber gas BBQ on the open deck overlooking the valley. Bird-watch in the secluded side garden surrounded by rain-forest trees.

Professional laundered hotel quality bed linen and organic toiletries.

The luxurious master bedroom is positioned on its own level upstairs with 1 x king bed, walk in wardrobe, bathroom and study area.

Bedroom 4: 2 x Single beds

Bedroom 5: Spacious studio room with queen bed and Ensuited bathroom.

All main house bedrooms have fully reverse cycle air-conditioning and clothes storage.
No air-conditioning in the Studio room- ceiling fan and portable heater available.

Guest Access:
The main house + studio as well as garage are all accessible to guests. Gary the caretaker lives close by.

Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to get to local places. Rental vehicles are available from companies such as Hertz, pick up and drop off from the Sunshine Coast or Brisbane Airport.

Special rates apply AT Christmas and Easter.
There is an extra nightly rate and cleaning fee required for functions (subject to approval by management and owner).
Studio room is separate and adjoins to garage.

Strictly must be over the age of 25 to book.
Unfortunately we do not accept bookings for school leavers.
