Netter Kontakt trotz meiner Verspätung bei der Anreise musste ich nicht lange auf die Schlüssel warten . Wohnung soweit sauber einige Weberknechte an den Decken Stühle im Wohnzimmer sollten erneuert werden darauf möchte man nicht gern sitzen sehr verschmutzt Lage unschlagbar

Mehr erwartet. Badesteg mit dem geworben wird, nicht nutzbar, da er von Anglern belagert wurde. Ferienwohnung ist sehr in den Jahren gekommen. Die Landschaft ist sehr schön und wir konnten die Natzr erleben.

Nicht zu empfehlen!!
Schlimmste Ferienwohnung in unserem Leben! Heizung seit langem kaputt, genauso wie der Herd! Küche katastrophal neben einem alten, aber funktionierenden Kühlschrank steht ein total versiffter außer Betrieb( der einem aber den Appetit verdirbt.) Die alten Küchenschränke sind so montiert dass man sich entweder den Kopf stößt oder einen Hocker braucht. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit irgendwo das Auto in der Nähe zu parken. Alleine das Auspacken an einer Durchgangsstraße mit viel LKW Verkehr war nervenaufreibend!Die Tische und Stühle im Garten sind voller Vogelscheisse. Einzig der See war so wie versprochen! Insgesamt: Nie wieder!!!

Lieblos restaurierte FeWo
Der Urlaub war richtig toll, jedoch wegen der Umgebung und wegen dem direkten Zugang zum See, nicht wegen der Wohnung: das fanden wir gut, die Küche war okay. Ansonsten war die Wohnung recht lieblos renoviert und teilweise schmutzig: Fenster nicht geputzt die Stühle mit Stoffbefügen fleckig, der Flur des Hauses absolut nicht einladend. In der Mitte des Aufenthalts fiel die Heizung aus und obwohl wir Bescheid sagen, kam kein Notdienst.. Das Duschwasser ließ sich auch sehr schlecht Einstellen, die Abflüsse waren verstopft, die Küchenheizung defekt, der Föhn explodierte irgendwann während der Benutzung. Die Hausverwalterin war bemüht doch konnte bei den vielen Mängel auch nicht helfen. Wir hatten dennoch einen schönen Urlaub, da wir uns auf das Positive fokussierten und das Beste daraus machten.

Entspannter Urlaub
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Lychen sehr genossen.Das Wohn-Schlaf-Esszimmer ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet.Die Küche ist zweckmäßig aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Überholung gebrauchen. Das Badezimmer war okay bis auf die Amaturen in der Dusche, die sollten mal erneuert werden. Frau Pfahl und ihr Sohn waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Als die Kaffemaschine kaputt ging hat Frau Pfahl sofort für Ersatz gesorgt. Der Garten mit den Sitzgruppen und dem Schwimmsteg ist sehr schön und läd zum entspannen ein. Restaurants, Supermarkt, Metzger, Bäcker, Kanu- und Kajakverleih, Ausflugsschiff, Fahrradverleih.....sind fußläufig erreichbar und auch zum Wandern gibt es viele Möglichkeiten. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

We had some wonderful days in the little house which has a nice garden with direct access to the lake. We had the smaler flat for four people which was quite cosy but it was perfectly enough space especially since there are lots of nice things to do in the area such as going swimming, biking, walking, paddling... We would really like to visit again.

Die Bezeichnung „traumhaft“ sollte unbedingt aus der Beschreibung der FEWO‘s gestrichen werden. Es handelt sich da um eine in die Jahre gekommene FEWO in einem sehr sanierungsbedürftigen Haus ohne Parkplatz. Es verfügt zwar über einen eigenen Seezugang mit Steg u. Badeleiter, aber auch das Grundstück haben wir auf keinen Fall als traumhaft empfunden.

Total nette Vermittlung und schöne Lage
Die Vermittlung läuft über Frau Pfahl und Ihr Sohn. Total freundliche hilfsbereite Menschen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Die schlechte Bewertungen hier im Portal beziehen sich auf der Vergangenheit. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos und völlig in Ordnung. Einziger Kritik: Badezimmer und Küche hätten saubere sein können. Ansonsten haben wir unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Vielen Dank and Familie Pfahl!

(Nicht)RaucherWohnung ... vom Feinstein 😕
Diese ausdrückliche Nichtraucherunterkunft ist in einem stickigen, muffigem und desolaten Gebäude... die "Bude" stinkt dermaßen nach altem/kaltem Rauch ... Die Grundsubstanz des Hauses ist der Gipfel! Das macht einen guten Grundeindruck "zu Sauberkeit/Zustand generell" schwer herstellbar. Die traumhafte hauseigene Anbindung mit Steg und dazu das Glück mit gutem Wetter haben es erträglich gemacht. Der verheißungsvolle Text in der Vermieterbeschreibung passt nicht wirklich. Das Fotomarterial zeigt nicht detailliert jede Wohnung separat und irritiert dadurch, was aber auch erst vor Ort auffällt. Küchenausstattung sehr reduziert und minimalistisch. Ein schrottreifer unansehnlicher Gefrierschrank in der Küche völlig überflüssig. Die Dusche hat Campingplatzniveau. Hätten wir nicht im Voraus gezahlt, wären wir auf dem Absatz umgedreht.
